If I could give them minus one I would. So freaken dirty. I went and asked to get gel on my hands and then a regular pedicure. My toes looked they same before I went in there. and the gel in my hands was all over the place. I went back the next morning and the guy was like that’s not really coming off I literally had to take the whole gel off in front of him. I had a trip to go to so I just wanted my money back. Only gave me 12 dollars and I paid 20. Never going back to this place. On top of everything there was food everywhere and the chairs were all dusty and dirty. GROSS. Don’t go here. Also they only had two people the girl that started my nails when to do eyebrows and left with the guy who was in the phone the whole time he was doing my nails and he’s the one that fucked up my nails.

This has got to be the worst bail salon ever!!! They do not give a proprr pedicure. They don’t use anything in the water nor any scrub on your feet. And they gave no problem cutting your toes and chopping your nails back real short.
And they can’t do a proper polish. .nor clean up around the nail when they get paint everywhere.
And they have no problem eatimg around customers and playing with their dog. All without Washing their hands.
This place is dirty, untrained in real nail care. And overall poor service.
I won’t return.

Usually only go for eyebrow waxing and the service is great. Recently came to do my nails as a last resort place. Let’s just say I’m sticking to my regulars next time around. The guy there was so unprofessional. While doing my nails he would stop every so often to groom himself. Later before he had added the gel to my nails he told me to wait and took a lunch break. I stayed there at least 2 hours. Aside from all the waiting my nail job was horrible. 3 days after the polish was all cracked. Never again

I came here the other day to get my under arms waxed and the lady was so unprofessional right when I got in the room she starts calling her family and starts having full on conversations while she’s trying to wax my armpits. And not only that she was doing a horrible job. When she tried to wax my underarms the quality of the wax was bad because it only waxed off half of my hair and then she had to pluck the rest it. While hurting me and stretching my armpits apart while she was trying to get the hair out.

I used to come here many years ago & was a regular. I loved their service & nails. About a yr ago I moved back in da area & realized their service isn’t the same & keeps getting worse! I walk in to an empty salon thinking I should be done fast & people that walk in after me start getting worked on at the same time, by the same person! He glues my nails, asks the next person to sit while leaving me on the side, then will file mine & put me aside to file another customer & help yet another recent walk in. Meanwhile hours later i’m still waiting for polish?! I was soo upset I told him I had to go, he said «ok come back later for polish, bcuz we’re busy» LIKE REALLY?! U glued on my nails already!!! I was HERE BEFORE EVERYONE ELSE! –Not only that, but they also charged me for nails & polish! Umm no! Never gng back there for nails! Not as good as I remember. Don’t waste ur money or time!

SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I set up an appointment for 7pm for me and my girlfriend as they DO SAY they close at 8. I came to the shop and saw one of the ladies locking up! I asked her if they were closing and she said yes. I let her know that I had already set up an appointment for 7 and she said «ohh sorry maybe next time» HOW RUDE. I drove all he way over here for her to just leave me and my friend hanging. Complete waste of time. DONT SAY YOU CLOSE AT 8 IF YOU JUST LEAVE WHENEVER YOU PLEASE WITHOUT LETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW.

If you want your nails to stay on EVEN if you pass 2 weeks, than go to Lucky nails! They will make sure your nails stay on, inexpensive and always to accommodate you.
Not the best looking place but if you want to help pay for someone else rent than go someplace nicer! Lina & Benny do the best full sets!!! I always go to them!

Four stars for my perfectly matching eyebrows! I’ve been searching for an eyebrow lady, so I love Sumie. This place isn’t the best looking but who can pass up perfect eyebrows for 6 bucks?! Very displeased with the way Linda did my eyebrows. I specifically told her not to go thinner & she did… Not only that, they aren’t shaped differently. ONLY TRUST SUMIE

This place was awful. I got a «spa» mani/​pedi. I was worried I might catch something from the tub for my feet, the chair only vibrates it has no massage feature, there was no hand or foot rub with the treatment, and my nail polish started chipping only a few hours after they applied it. I’d rather pay an extra $ 5 and go somewhere that will have more lasting results.

I’ve been coming here for years! Since I was 13 years old and have been having the same lady wax my eye brows. I used to love this place until last weekend when I went to get pedicures with my best friend. They use cheap products, off-​brand nail polishes, and they do everything in a hurry and carelessly. I could have given myself a better pedicure but the reason I went is so I wouldn’t have to do it myself. When I went to pay, they gave me my change in $ 1 bills as if that’s all they had just so I could leave a nice tip. Funny thing is she hesitated to give me the money, holding my change in her hand with her palm open as if, don’t forget my tip! I seriously can’t believe how people are so expectant of a tip when they don’t even deserve one. I tip everywhere I go but after 9 years, I don’t think I will be going back to Lucky’s anymore. I should be treated like V.I.P after all of the money I have spent there over the years!

This is the only place I go to for a mani/​pedi, especially for waxing. Sumie is the best and has a way with conversing with customers. It’s cheap and I always get compliments on my eyebrows.

You get what you pay for here, short and sweet service. Don’t expect to get some royal treatment, All the staff does great nails and pretty fast, do expect to learn some new slang terms from the other costumers. Very ghetto and entertaining clientele always get a laugh when I get my nails done here. Great place when your in a rush and don’t want to spend too much money on you nails

$ 6 and everytime Sumie is always booked and busy. I don’t understand why she won’t raise her price, but worth it
