So about 3 weeks ago I was coming home when I noticed that someone dropped a bottle of spaghetti right in the entrance. They left the glass & mess splattered there. The first thing I thought was«how inconsiderate of everyone else who has to walk through here or for the dogs that may step in the glass fragments. The glass was there the next day, no one can back to pick it up. The day after that I noticed someone picked up the glass but not the sauce which is dried by now. THREE days after the spill, someone put a black rubber mat OVER the sauce instead of cleaning it up.(Mind you, that this is the same mat they removed from in front of the garbage chute after the mess there dried up & crusted over.) It is now 3 weeks later and that sauce is still sitting under the mat, untouched. I’m disgusted because the employees here are lazy. They come here to collect a check & make sure the building stays occupied. They don’t give a damn about much else around here.

Just moved in today and my husband and I are thrilled to call Harborview our home!!! Holly at Cambridge Management set us up with this very spacious, beautiful 2 bed 2 bath(almost 1400 sq feet) and we cannot thank her enough!:) Beautiful granite counter tops and tile in the kitchen and baths, and fresh good quality carpet:) Also has washer/dryer and central heating and air — which was very important for us to have:) the garage parking is fantastic and there is the option to add more spaces for a small additional fee. Annalisa is the property manger in the actual building of Harborview, to put it best — she rocks! She has been in touch with me through our entire move and helped me in anyway she could. She is very personable, professional and effective:) Thank you so much Annalisa and Holly for helping us make this move happen!

I have only been here for a month and and I cannot wait for either my lease to end or find a legal way to terminate my lease early. The place looks nice online but not so much in person. My first night living here I was taking our dog out and the SD Police Helicopter was flying around making announcements about a fugitive. Parking is in the basement and some spaces are more difficult to get in and out of due to concrete pillars. There is very little closet space in the 2 bedroom units. Three nights ago my fridge started blowing hot air(instead of cold air) inside causing my food to thaw. I called the office for a maintenance number but that number went straight to voicemail every time I called. I checked my emails for other numbers. All were voicemails as well. One said«page xxxx for emergencies only» and they will call you back. I thought pagers were a 90’s thing. I finally get call back and told its not an emergency, no one can do anything now and we will have some one come by in the morning. Ummmm if a full fridge and freezer thawing out causing food to spoil isn’t an emergency someone needs to understand the cost of groceries or just buy mine for me. 6 pm the next day two guys bring a new one that has two inches of ice on the freezer bottom shelf and the ice tray is one huge solid ice block. They must’ve thought that was ok to have or sheer fn lazy. Which happen to be the latter of the two. The next day the normal maintenance man brought a second fridge. Its currently working but we’ll see how long. They don’t allow you to have personal grills. They have two propane grills on site… on the forth floor and never have propane. I was trying to make our anniversary dinner a week after being here. It was 8:15pm and both tanks were empty. Hell or high water, I was goin to grill. So I took one of the tanks to ARCO to exchange for a full one. $ 20 outta my pocket that they wouldn’t reimburse or let me have the tank back since they have a contract with Wal-Mart. But I did grill our food and that is priceless to me. Overall, for military its very close to the bases and all your needs. Just don’t expect a rush on getting stuff fixed. And definitely don’t let the word«CONDO» lead you to believe its fancy. Don’t judge this book by its cover.
