Was pretty sad and disappointed in my shopping experience tonight. Not with just one employee, but with two. The first lady was nice and patient in helping me pick out a gift, she even gave my children coloring books and crayons. However, once she secured the deal and my payment, she placed my stuff on the counter and moved on to the customer. Didn’t say thank you, have a nice day or checked to see if I had any questions(which I did, I was actually contemplating on getting something which cost a little more than what I settled for, if not both) but she just walked away, so I left. But I wasn’t done shopping… So I went back and started to look around again. I asked for help from another employee and she was pushy in trying to up-sale me. I had told her I had a gift card and asked if I can use it towards my purchase she said yes. She told me if the ring doesn’t fit, I can get it resized. I liked what she was telling me so I went with it.(Just the ring and not the set because I already bought a necklace). When ringing up my purchase it came out to be more than what we discussed because she assumed I was going to get it resized immediately, when I clearly told her I want to see how it fit first. Anyways, after telling her I didn’t want the resizing yet. She said, rudely, then you can’t use your gift card. She gave me back my debit card and my gift card and walked away. I would rather spend more and not use a gift card somewhere else than to be treated that way. I will be going back tomorrow to return the necklace I bought and take my business elsewhere. As a business owner myself, I would not tolerate my employees to treat customers this way. Zero personality, zero customer service skills.

I got a call from the general manager, who promised to make arrangements with the branch so I can pick a ring of my choice worth the same value as the previous one that was defective. Sure enough I went in to the store and picked up a new ring which I’m much happier with. I’ve had it for a few Months now and have not had any problem with it.

Stay away from this business!!! My husband currently have an account and it’s paid off they’ve keep calling us to purchase additional merchandise, the problem that is they’ve check his credit report with out his permission. I made the last payment on the 13th, of January and also advice Lorena the manager at the Otay Ranch Store, that my husband already have an account if he desire to purchase a new wring for me he doesn’t want his credit check, two days later we received an alert from the credit bureau an inquiry from«Daniels». They just lost a good customer.

Stay away from this place! Misrepresentation and lies are what we experienced from Daniel’s Jewelers. We got a $ 60 off of $ 100 coupon for Christmas shopping in the mail so what could be better?. We wanted to get something nicer than costume jewelry for some gifts and figured that buying from a true blue jewelry store would ensure we would get the real thing. The flyer we received said that the items we chose were sterling silver and that the stones were genuine. That is NOT what we got. Upon being found out and confronted the manager’s excuse was that the salespeople are not trained jewelers and did not know any better. REALLY? Our money was returned but I will NEVER shop here again and advise everyone to be suspect of this company.

This place is a little shady. They’re VERY pushy… we shopped the Mission Valley location one day and the russian lady was very pushy but her manager behind the counter was even worse ! She was getting on another employee about helping somebody, bu tshe was doing this in front of customers. My husband bought me a little silver ring, but she was trying to get him to finance MORE $$$$. We will never shop here again. We got something in the mail saying we won a special gift, so my hubby goes down there and it’s a cheesy little plastic bracelet like you’d get out of a vending machine. What a joke !
