WORST customer service ever. Just do not shop at Zara because you will regret it and at that time you can’t do anything.

They have three stars for the clothing only! Customer service at this location is definitely not a priority, and when you’re seeking it, the staff seems too stuck up or preoccupied to deal with you. It’s a huge turn off for me because of its poor reflection on the brand and the vibe I get when I walk in the store. Unfortunately, this is the closest Zara to where I live, so I’m a slave to the beast.
If you’re fine shopping alone and aren’t looking for anything too specific that might require assistance, you’ll be just fine shopping here. Their clothes are exactly what I want and need when I’m searching for something that’s unique, fashion-​forward, and affordable. I can always count on Zara for that, including this location. The clothes here add an edge and dynamic to my wardrobe that no other brand can give me, and that’s why my closet is constantly growing and filling with their apparel.
If you’re looking for something different, this is the place to go. Just be weary of the cold staff. To be frank — you might not even know they’re there, that’s how ‘helpful’ they are.
