Excellent service and repair on my 2010 4Runner. The rear quarter panel was replaced and I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome. The estimate was exactly what was paid, which I found to be very reasonable and they even went as far as detailing it inside and out upon delivery. As if this wasn’t enough, they dropped off my rental car for me. Hopefully I won’t need service in the near future but they have secured a customer if and when I do. Great work!

After getting my car back, I was blown away. They fixed some minor stuff in addition to the accident stuff without even charging me. It looked brand new!

A car dealership turned me onto Pierce Collision years ago when I needed some auto body work done. They are top notch. They removed a pretty good size dent and color matched the paint, blending it perfectly to the rest of the car. Amazing work. You can’t even tell it was ever in an accident.

Per my insurance had to choose between a handful of collision shops to get dent fixed. I lucked out by choosing Pierce. My experience was fabulous. Every time I interacted with any one at Pierce they were knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. I had a couple of glitches in what I wanted done with my car, and they were understanding and super helpful. The work done was great and done in a timely fashion. This was my first experience with getting my car worked on at a body shop, and I was pretty nervous with «how it all worked». In the end, I am so glad that I chose Pierce Collision because everything was taken care of, and I never felt overwhelmed or frustrated.

Brought my car in here after being rear ended, and it was such a pleasant experience I almost didn’t believe I was dealing with an autoshop! Customer service is A+++, they were actually extremely nice people, and took care of everything with the insurance company quickly and efficiently. My car was done much faster than I thought it would be as well. Just a really nice stress-​free experience, I will surely come back if I need other work done to my car. Oh, and my car was returned to me in a much nicer condition than when I dropped it off! They did a great job detailing everything, and I swear they washed my car too. Can’t say enough nice things about this place!

Great work on my BMW this past August. Someone had rammed into my rear bumper. The car needed lights, metal and plastic work done. I’ve had 5-​months to evaluate their work and try and see a blemish. Nothing. Pierce made the car look better than it did before the accident! And, they worked really well with my insurance company to make sure I got all BMW mfg. parts.

I recently had my 08 accord worked on by Pierce Collision after I struck a turkey on Rt1. I’m always nervous getting expensive work done on a car as I’ve been worked by too many car dealers or mechanics in the past, leaving me with annoying ratles or squeeks or other problems to be discovered later.
I’m happy to say it has been a couple of weeks since I got my car back and can confirm that the job was done fast and delivered as expected. They made everything as convenient for me as is humanly possible, did excellent work, and returned my car to me looking better than it did before the accident! And no squeeks or rattles, its like nothing ever happened.
I’d gladly take my car back here again or recommend friends. Many thanks to Dave and his talented crew!
