Why this location sucks: They try to bore you out.
1. No music. You sit in absolute silence and everyone is whispering to each other.
2. You wait and wait and wait and your food never comes. Literally. Be prepared to wait 20 – 30 minutes for a pizza.
3. The «all you can eat» night is a sham. I ordered 2 slices of cheese and they came to the table 17 minutes later. I ordered another 2 slices of cheese and 39 minutes later they came to the table. Your telling me I have to sit in your resturant for over an hour just to get 4 slices of cheese?!? It’s not «all you can eat» its «how long can you wait».

I’ll start off by saying my online order was confirmed at 7:53pm and I didn’t get my pizza until 9:15pm, that alone is just unacceptable. The store and my apartment are in the same town and over 45 minutes after the order was placed I called and was told it hadn’t left and they wouldn’t deliver further than 7 minutes away which is ludicrous especially when natick isn’t a Large town. So pizza was cold, wings weren’t even buffalo like they were suppose to be and we got plenty of attitude from multiple store employees.

I used to eat here every week. Then my wife and I noticed the quality of the pizza was generally declining. The final straw was a series of customer service incidents that included someone forgetting our order, someone canceling our order, and on a third visit, receiving pizza that was just awfully undercooked. My papa Gino’s loyalty card now sits in a drawer. We have switched to the local chains.

Very disappointed. I ordered a large rustic pizza and small order of twisty mozzarella sticks for delivery. When I ordered I was told that it would be a 45 minute wait time for delivery. After waiting an hour, I called to find out that they were short handed and I would get my pizza as soon as possible (but no time was given as to when it would be). I was told that I would get free deliver because of the wait… that was a lie. Approximately 20 minutes later the order arrived, it was stone cold. I had to reheat the pizza. The pizza itself was officially the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The crust was tough as if it was over worked while being prepared. There was a bit of grease dripping off the pizza when I folded to eat. Bland pretty much sums it up. With all of the mom and pop pizza joints in town, I think I will bring my business somewhere else.

I recommend delivery. I have not been to the actual restaurant but I was pleased when they arrived punctually and not only that I got plates and napkins with the pizza I ordered, and I got a coupon for money off the next order!

I had the displeasure of working for this company at this location long ago. The company is not great to work for. The food is blah. The pizza is decent for a chain restaurant.
The crust of the hand-​tossed pizza was supposed to pass the bend test, meaning a slice should support itself. The restaurant is clean and the pizza decent.

This place is horrible. I went here years ago when they had the all-​you-​can eat pasta deal. I was accused by one of the staff/​managers of sharing my plate with my friend who was with me. My friend was just sitting there and did not have any of my food, not one bite. I was totally horrified that I would be accused of something that I hadn’t done. I have not been back since and will not go back ever in my lifetime. Good Luck, Papa Ginos Natick!

Dude, you guys suck. I live in Natick, I wanted pizza delivered and I had a coupon and I was upset at my regular pizza establishment (see Friendly Pizza review). It was getting a tad late for a weeknight, perhaps 8:30 and yeah, it’s the burbs, crap closes early there.
But first you tell me you don’t accept out of state phone numbers. But I have an IN THE TOWN address… and this is the only number I’ve got. But you don’t care. You tell me I can’t place an order without a Natick phone number. So I make one up, 508— some numbers. Then after I place my order you tell me my house is out of your delivery area– CLICK.
So, did ya’ll just not feel like making that last 9pm delivery run? Am I, in fact, outside your delivery area even though I live in the same small town? And if I am outside of that area, could you have told me which fine establishement is in MY area? No… CLICK.

This is my favorite Papa Gino’s location. The staff here is friendly, the food is good, and the service is quick. I stop here for lunch and dinner when I’m heading west to Framingham. On my last visit for lunch, I ordered the Seafood Salad Sub (with drink) special and my Sub was ready in two minutes! I can add a slice of pizza (cheese or pepperoni) or a side salad to any special for only 99 cents.
I also enjoy the Chicken Parmigiana Platter (with penne or spaghetti & a cheese breadstick), Pasta Trio Plate (spaghetti, ravioli, penne alfredo & a cheese breadstick), Grilled Sausage & Pepper Panini, and the Buffalo Chicken Pizza.
