Na Hoku

I was shopping here for an engagement ring, and I was overall happy with the service. The jewelry in there seems to be good quality, and I think it’s their own designer stuff. The diamonds they have are absolutely stunning, they send them out to a light testing lab (different than GIA) and they don’t keep them unless they reflect the light beautifully. Unfortunately, they don’t sell loose diamonds, but you can get a ring with a diamond that has the exact specifications you want. Their setting selection is simple and a bit limited, but it’s very pretty and a bit different.
The salespeople were laid back, but very helpful in educating me on the diamond characteristics. However, they don’t really move on the price 1 carat and over, and their stuff is fairly pricey.
I didn’t end up buying it from them, but it’s a very nice jeweler, if a bit on the pricey side.

My girlfriend and I had been looking for a commitment ring for her, and we had been to a few jewelry stores around the area and looked online at a variety of styles and rings and gemstones. We had gone to Tiffany’s, and my girlfriend ended up not liking their settings. We went to Long’s, which had some okay-​ish designs, but nothing that stuck out.
We randomly went to the Natick Mall today (actually, to go to the bakery and get croissants), and ended up at Na Hoku on a whim. My girlfriend really liked all the designs and I was really sold on a couple of them, and we ended up with a very nice looking 3-​stone ring with blue diamonds.
Our salesperson, Melissa, was very helpful and friendly and easy to talk to. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry in the store and wasn’t pushy. Definitely ask for her if she’s around.
I’ll definitely come back here for more jewelry in the future.

Wow. My boyfriend and I came in randomly today and walked out with a ring for me. I was blown away by their beautiful collection (I liked so many things!). Lots of unique-​looking stuff compared to other jewelry stores I’ve been to lately, and the first place I’ve gotten to see blue diamonds in person. I liked them so much I walked out with a three-​stone blue diamond ring.
Our saleswoman was Melissa and she was great, very personable and not pushy at all.

Recently went into Na Hoku, one of the many stores we went through to find an engagement ring. We have been to this store many times and really enjoy how different it is compared to all the other jewelry stores that all look almost exactly the same with their products. In my opinion it has the most creative, nice looking and amazing selections. The staff Is very helpful and very kind each and every time we come in. After going through so many stores to find a ring it was great to see so many varieties we liked in this store as we had trouble finding any we liked in all the other jewelry stores. My fiancé ended up with a diamond and sapphire ring that looks amazing. Couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be back.

I absolutely adored my experience with Na Hoku. Me and my husband had come here many many times during our engagement to pick out our possible wedding bands and we wanted to keep the choices Hawaiian but have them before a destination wedding, and we actually wound up going with the store because of the staff was so helpful and patient and wonderful.
Lani was great and had literally spent about a year with us to make sure that our choices were absolutely perfect for us as well as our gifts for our wedding party. I don’t wear jewelry very often, but when I do start buying jewelry it will definitely be the store that I stop at first from now on.

I was in the market to buy a pearl ring for many, many months. I looked at lots of different jewelry stores not quite finding that perfect style. One jewelry store actually wanted over $ 1,000 to make me what I wanted which was a single white pearl on a plain band of either silver or white gold. Finally, as I gave up my search, I stumbled on to Na Hoku as I saw a beautiful exhibit of pearl jewelry in their windows. I walked in and looked through their inventory. The staff was wonderful in going through the background of the company and the details of the pearls they had. We went through many items until until I found the perfect ring. It was exactly what I wanted and a fantastic price. Incredibly reasonable compared to that $ 1,000 quote I got from that other jewelry store. Unfortunately, the ring needed to be sized down and given the shape of the band, they needed to create a whole new ring made to fit my finger. Thankfully, that service was free. They gave me a time frame of several weeks when my ring would be ready. When I received that call, I drove over the very next day. Again, I was warmly greeted by staff and they showed me my gorgeous ring, made especially for me. It’s so beautiful that I cannot stop staring at it on my hand. Thank you so much, employees of Na Hoku. You made my experience wonderful! I look forward to coming back for my next jewelry piece.

The Jewelry is beautiful and the sales woman that helped me was knowledgeable, and listened to our needs and budget i would never hesitate to go back.
