Needed a new dead bolt lock for a side door. Called him and he answered the phone right away. Told him of the problem, he said he could come by the next day at a certain time. He arrived promptly, figured out what lock would be best and had it in stock in his truck. Quoted us a price and we said go ahead. Put lock in a relatively short period of time, cleaned up after himself. Job was done right, door is now very secure. Would definitely use him again.

I was so pleased with the work Joe, his wife and Raymo did when they came to install a code-operated deadbolt and match the new key that came with it to our other deadbolt. On-time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Most important, they respected and complimented our home. They were flexible when another repair-person came early and had to work around them. Joe was careful to explain everything and made certain we understood how to use our new door-lock system before he left. I will work with Magri again in a second.

It’s 7:12 p.m. I called Jim @ Magri’s at 5:50 p.m. to ask if they could come and unlock the door to my building and my apartment, as I — like a total spaz — had locked myself and my little one out. He called back at 6 p.m. and was happy to come out.
Super nice. He was able to give me a range and explained the reason the price could go up so that I understood. Jim so nice, and professional, even as I kept calling him «Bill’!
I highly recommend Magri Lock and Safe!
