I really don’t understand the bad reviews of the Gucci Natick store. I walked in and almost immediately a friendly sales associate named Tamara walked up to me and asked if she could assist me with anything I needed. I said that I was looking for the classic slide sandals and she went looking for them and told me that my size was unfortunately not in stock, but she could order the slides for me another store and ship. them to my house so they could also be tax-free. Before checking out I showed her a wallet that I saw online that was on sale and would like to purchase. She said it was not in stock but she could show me what was in stock and if I didn’t like any of the sale items in stock I could purchase it online. When looking at the items in stock I saw a brown all leather embossed GG logo card case that I loved. The card case was 30% off so it was a great deal. The slides are currently being shipped and I am loving the card case. If you want a great overall experience at Gucci Natick you must work with Tamara.

Went in to look at bags, not one sales associate greeted us or even lifted their heads. Big mistake! I own many Gucci & Louis Vuitton bags and you just lost a huge sale. Went across the way to Louis Vuitton and spent a lot of money. I don’t understand why the sales associates look down on people when most of us can afford the merchandise that you probably can’t.

My whole group of friends felt very disrespected on the store. No one greatest us, and we walked in to a room full of nasty looks and snobby employees. One lady looked at me from my shoes to my face and rolled her eyes. Pure disgusting. Went in actually looking to buy something but would never buy something from a store where people are so rude and disrespectful. Would give it no stars if I could

Very uncomfortable atmosphere. You feel as if you shouldn’t be there when you are in the store. Employees ignore you if they think you can’t afford anything. Would not return until they fix their ego.

Hey gucci employees, don’t look down on a customer and make them feel uncomfortable. Just because you work for them does not make you any better than your customers. Ask yourself this, can you even afford what you’re selling? If not be nice to those who can afford it, they’re keeping in business and employed. Word of advice just buy your gucci items from saks.

Sales people were VERY rude. Even after making a purchase they were rude and condescending. The sales woman even kept commenting on how bad my handwriting was.

Want to feel uncomfortable? Want to have sales people look down on you? Want to soak up the pretensiousness of Gucci? Want to be ignored? Then go in here. I actually walked in with a friend and we were both planning on looking at and buying bags. The associates just stood around, looking down their noses at people, and completely ignored us. Just because I work in the mall, and look like a mall employee doesn’t mean I don’t have the money to shop in Gucci or whatever. Big mistake! HUGE! I’ve gotta go shopping now.
