FlexPlus Physical Therapy

The compassionate and highly experienced doctors at FlexPlus helped me with foot pain that had been getting worse over the last 3 years. I visited a podiatrist who recommended orthotics, and found FlexPlus through a friend who recommended getting them made here for a more reasonable cost (under $ 300 instead of $ 400+). From there I decided to try PT and it has made such a huge difference. I felt heard as a patient and supported in taking responsibility for continuing my treatment at home. Their hours also accommodated my schedule including evening appointments. I highly recommend FlexPlus!
Note: another reviewer was dissatisfied with their experience at FlexPlus, which I cannot speak to. But my experience was that they were up front and clear about their policies, including cancelation, billing, etc. and they run an organized and professional practice.

I have to agree with the previous reviewers who are disappointment recently — There is a lack of verbal communication with this office and one of the women in there is terribly rude!
They seem to have an older clientele base and are not great with kids/​busy families. We had an missed appointment due to an honest mistake in our calender — I called to apologize and attempt to reschedule. At our next appointment I was greeted with a request to pay $ 50 without explanation — I spoke to them on the phone the week before and there was no mention of a fee — when I questioned it I was confronted aggressively by another office person –stating she told me about it — that never happened! I would have remembered it. I said I did not have the resource to pay this and this women’s reply shocked me… She said — «then we will be cancelling the rest of your daughters appointments».
Additionally, the facility is old looking and the equipment seemed out dated.
Long story short — I am glad this happened because we are now with a group that cares about communication and kids

FlexPlus is a comfortable and inviting atmosphere with professional and accommodating staff. Thank you for helping me prepare and then recover from an unpleasant knee surgery!

Flex — plus got me from terrible knee pain to pain free! The Drs. of P.T. are great! Encouraging and supportive.

Going to PT was a first for me and I was not looking forward to it. However, everyone from the receptionist to the therapists made feel comfortable immediately. Cheryl was the first to welcome me and review my condition and get me started. Her plan was managed extremely well by Rachel and Stephanie over the several weeks of PT. Both Rachel and Stephanie clearly demonstrated they sincerely cared about my injury and would help me get better. I would highly recommend FlexPlus to anyone that needs PT.
