Well they have permanently closed, after 2 years of business. I suggested that the prices were too high, but got a reply from the owner that they could justify their prices with their upscale décor. Guess the customer was right again.

I recently moved to NYC, but I have to say, I miss this place so much! They have great flavors, and usually they rotate and have new ones to try. They have a great selection of toppings(way better than anywhere else). They are always clean and neat, have free wi-fi for customers, and even have some board games to play if you want to hang around for a bit. They have pretty good hours. On the weekends, they’re open until 11PM I think. Which is good for night owls like me or students nearby. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they say goodbye and thanks as you leave. Any time I visit home, I’m sure to go back.

Bubble tea was terrible. I threw it away after getting a few steps outside. The tapioca balls were chunky and gross. The tea tasted super artificial. Like another reviewer commented, they make it in the back room. Not impressed.

I was going to leave a two-star review solely based on my experience here, but after seeing the rude responses left by the manager on other Unilocalers’ reviews(and the abundance of filtered five-star reviews from users with only one or two reviews to their name… extremely suspicious), I’m dropping another star and definitely don’t want to give my business to this place. My fiancé and I frequently go to Minerva, the Indian restaurant next door; and so after dinner with my family one night this summer, we decided to get some frozen yogurt. We were excited to see that a self-serve frozen yogurt place had opened up near us, as we have enjoyed going to similar places in the past. The store was sparse and quiet; the staff awkwardly watched our every move, standing right behind us as we checked out the flavors. We weren’t too excited about the choices that they offered– they weren’t offering most of the ones that they have listed on their website, so the selection was very limited. I picked at mine but ended up throwing most of it out because it was bland and a little odd in taste. Suggestions for this business, as its owners clearly check the Unilocal page: It never behooves you to be rude to your patrons, even those who didn’t enjoy your products. Unilocal provides you with an enormous advantage: To get free constructive criticism from a good portion of the people who visit your store to help you to adapt to your customers’ wants and needs(which is your job!). In addition, when someone enters your store, it’s your job to make them feel welcome, not worthy of suspicion; it does not make someone want to stay for long, let alone return.

Wow. I just noticed that I received a Unilocal message from the owner, who wrote: — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Thanks for the visit. if I recall correctly you’re the asian girl dressed in black from the security camera, that came in snooping around the store. you did not tasted our yogurt but yet you made a comment about it. we’re glad you found other places to go for froyo & drinks. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — I wrote back with: — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Uhhh, I was not the asian girl dressed in black. I did try the yogurt. It was my boyfriend that went inside to get the yogurt and we had it in the car, because we had our dog with us. That’s a pretty terrible reply by the way, I wish you didn’t reply at all. Now I have even less respect for your store + products. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — I think the owner needs to work on his customer service skills and never assume something about the customer that is clearly wrong.

I stopped in shortly after this new business opened. I ordered a mango boba tea. It was inedible and I threw it out. It was clearly made from a powder mix.

This place is pretty sparse, weird smelling and weird looking. The consistency of the yogurt was really off. The staff was off-putting and not helpful. The person who rang me up was on the phone ordering supplies, while the other person stood back with her arms folded, bored out of her mind. There is nothing IN this place, no décor, just a few tables and chairs. Not sure why they bother paying rent on such a large space when they aren’t doing anything with it. The yogurt was also very expensive. $ 4 for a tiny portion and one topping. No thanks, Fashion Berry. I’ll stick with Sweet Spot farther down Rt 9W or wait until I’m in the city to get some tart fro-yo.

Figured I’d try this place after driving by many times. The employees are nice and friendly but theres a powdery taste to the froyo and stale mochi… I won’t be going again, I’d rather drive to Pinkberry or Mixx!

Downright terrible. I like frozen yogurt, both creamy and icy. This was beyond icy, beyond disgusting flavor. I had to throw the whole thing out. Sure, they have a lot of great toppings(stale mochi, though), but the froyo itself was awful. I strongly recommend against this.

I love Froyo and have tried this place a few times. It is ok, but I am not in love with the taste or consistency. I am not sure why but I don’t get the sugary warm fuzzy in my tummy here and I so wanted to. But I’ll keep trying!

Cute, clean and updated froyo salon that supposedly was going to soon offer bubble tea and in the future, boba smoothies! This is exactly what the ‘Ham and Natick need :) they also had fun seating and tables and tons of celebrity gossip magazines and games … cute spot for a young family or a date night.

My son loves this place. Good choice of frozen yogurts with many toppings including heathy options like fresh berries. Perfect for after shopping treats. Reasonable prices too.
