My fiancé and I went to Crate and Barrel this morning to register for our wedding. We were both clueless, like lost puppy dogs! Not to mention, totally overwhelmed. Libby helped us and was amazing! She took her time, showed us how to mix and match items and encouraged us to slow down and try holding things, styling things, etc. She also cautioned us on what we didn’t really NEED to buy. She wasn’t pushy or over the top. You could tell she wanted a young couple to get the right basics for their home, and really preached quality over a designer name, etc. She had a great energy that we both thrived off of. Libby and her team were amazing. They also let us browse the store without interrupting us constantly or trying to lead us towards the most expensive options. I feel confident in my registry and my fiancé had a great time. Thank you, C & B Natick and Libby! We had a fun day and can’t wait to settle into our new home together!!!

C and B used to be the ShopDe Resistance, however their recent misfires in design are disappointing. Their gadgets and ornaments section are fun especially at Christmas but overpriced.

Love this store! Great customer service. Furniture prices are steep but quality is really good. Bought a bed and had it delivered. No problem from purchase to delivery unlike my experience with a discount furniture store. I guess you get what you pay for(including customer service).

went to return curtain rods last night and was so happy to see Norm from the chestnut hill store. He has helped us with many furniture purchases over the years. Never once felt pressured to buy anything. When I went to the Natick store it did not feel like a typical retail experience more like I’m stopping by a friends house and they happen to have really cool stuff for sale!

Furniture? 2 star. Home stuff, 3 for coolness, 2 on price… Wait for sales. But if I’m going to spend this much on furniture, I’d rather waltz over to Ethan Allen.

Recenlty a lot of Crate and Barrel stores are getting a makeover and this location is no exception. It was closed for a little while while the remodeling was happening. Now reopened it is pretty nice, expanding the back of the store to make room for a large furniture section. It is set up like any other location but it is roomier and leaves lots of space to walk around without fear of crashing into a display of Martini Glasses. It never gets that crowded in this location from what I have seen. If you have ever tried to buy a piece of furniture at Crate and Barrel, it can be challenging seeing they don’t carry a lot of stock inventory and most of the items need to be ordered to the store or your house. You may luck out and they can check surrounding stores but most of the time, its a bust.

This is the closest C&B to our house, so I’m usually here at least once a month, if not more. The store itself is fine, a bit smaller than the ones downtown that I’m used to shopping in. But it’s also less crowded, and lines are shorter. It seems to carry most of the items in their catalogs, just not as much furniture. I love C&B, and could furnish my entire house from here. My only complaint/gripe/issue is that most of their inventory is seasonal. So if I love something, and don’t pick it up within a couple of months, it’s long-gone.
