Café Bistro

Nordstrom Bistro offers fantastic food at reasonable prices. The shrimp cilantro lime salad and the salmon nicoise are to die for. Both are freshly made and have a crunch that is unlike any other in this whole area. The service at this café is stellar as well. If you’re in the Natick or area or just shopping at the mall, this place is the place to have lunch.

Came here yesterday with my sister, mom, and my infant son. Loved the fast service, menu was not typical «counter food». My sister had a sandwich which was delicious and the fries were light and crisp. My mom had the chicken caesar salad which too looked great. I had the cilantro lime salad. The salad in itself was really great, but the shrimp was so overcooked it was literally inedible. Normally I would have spoken up, but our waitress was so friendly and upbeat I didn’t want to be a Debbie downer. I would go back, but don’t think I would risk spending $ 15.95 on a salad with inedible shrimp.

Really great food, especially for being part of a store. Only thing I wish was they were stricter with tying their hair back. Many of the staff and waitresses, in particular, have very long hair that really needs to be put in a bun. I found a hair in my food once but thankfully never again after that one time. Besides that, the flavors are on point.

The café is a hidden gem in the mall. They tend to alternate having lobster bisque and crab bisque on the menu, both of which are creamy and delicious! The white chocolate bread pudding is a must-​have for all dessert lovers.

I always forget about this place for some reason and go for long periods of not eating here. Shame on Me! At the moment, I’m in the TOGO phase and loving it!
The ham and cheese sandwich stayed nice and crispy and amazingly the French onion soup was really great. When Husby ordered it I was shaking my head, wondering how that would work for take out but it actually was really great. The shrimp with asparagus and risotto was soo good. Nice and lemony and the shrimp was nicely cooked (not rubbery, even after the 20 min car ride).
I saw pictures of takeout that had issues with portions but our last two orders seemed proportionally correct.
My only complaint is the take out cups for kids. They put it in weird cup that was leaking everywhere and the second time they forgot it all together :(
Parking is a breeze. Plenty of parking In the garage and just take the elevator to the 2^nd floor.

Delicious outstanding food… great service & such nice workers there :-) for my first time there it was very good. I like the idea of ordering before being seated.

The crab bisque is delicious. So was the salmon risotto and mushroom flatbread. The seating in the booths was the most comfortable ever

What a hidden gem in the natick mall! Great food, with fresh organic ingredients. This is my new go to spot for lunch. One of the few good restaurants in the framingham/​natick area. An added bonus is that its tucked away from the hustle bustle of the mall and quiet. Cant wait to come back.

It’s an okay place to run in and have a quick bite. It’s not overly fancy and the food is okay!

Very pleasantly surprised! I enjoyed the grilled veggie and cheese foccaccia sandwich with a lovely salad and a side of thin cut fries. You just can’t go wrong with a gooey made to order sandwich — open faced, thus fork and knife required! I eyeballed other items on the menu, like their home made falafel… which means I just have to go back! Clean and bright, open kitchen. Order and pay at the counter. The strawberry shortcake, however was dry, very dry. The macerated strawberries and fresh whipped cream were fine, but I was left wanting when it came to the bisquit. Service is lovely and food is fresh and good, reasonably price considering its Nordstrom. Its NOT a fast food. Food comes out «fast» but it is well crafted and prepared. A nice place for a special lunch without torturing your wallet!

Great sandwiches and starters, almost a hidden gem, most people wouldn’t think to eat at Nordstroms, but definitely give it a try. I’d suggest the bistro club, large sandwich with fries, a ton of flavor and good size especially for the price.

I love natick mall and I love Nordstrom. I come in here for lunch when I want to escape the crowd at the mall in the weekend. Quick, efficient and deliciously us sums it up. I recently had their Sautéed chicken and angel hair pasta and it was excellent !!!

This is literally the only decent place to eat in the Framingham area.
We probably go every weekend we’re too lazy to head into boston.
DELICIOUS PIZZA.

Both food and service are amazing here! Who would ever think you can put a layer of green bean on your sandwich!!!
We ordered one BISTRO CLUB SANDWICH and one PROSCIUTTO & ARUGULA SALAD PIZZA. Compared to other brick oven pizza, pizza here is not that impressive, as I like my pizza to be more crispy, but I guess different people have different standard/​taste for pizza. However, the sandwich is superb! The ingredients (bacon, green beans, tomato, etc) really make the normal looking chicken sandwich to a whole new level!!! It comes with french fries and kalamata olives aioli. French fries are those thin kinds with herb. The aioli is the best I ever had. Actually it’s my first time having olive aioli and I have to say it is the sort of first encounter you will remember.
As for the service, I love it! Not only were they willing to, without any hesitation, divide our sandwich onto two plate so that me and my boyfriend can share, Our waitress is also super nice and attentive.

OMG YUM! A great restaurant in my fav department store ever. We just stopped by for a snack because come on, I must support my favorite store in everything they have to offer!
Got a bowl of the crab bisque and boy was it divine. The first few spoons I got big lumps of crab, but that was it. So I’m a little disappointed with the amount of crab but the rich flavor of the soup made up for it.
We also got a pizza. The name escapes me but it was with prosciutto and arugula on it. Again, absolutely delish. It’s kinda cool how they make the pizza right there in the stone oven. You can taste it too. The crust was done to perfection. Ahhhhh I love Nordstrom :)

Perhaps the best food spotting in the Natick Mall and one of the best kept secrets. It is so elusive we had to circle around quite a few times to locate the Bistro inside of the second floor Nordstrom.
The atmosphere is classy. The food is fabulous. The service is friendly to a fault. The order is taken at the front before sitting down and served. We had our bowl of Bistro crab bisque split into two smaller portions, gorgeously flavored to with a mixture of slightly sour with slightly spicy, there is no shortage of the delicious crab meat evenly pieced out in the soup with plenty of diced veggies — reminds one of a perfect light-​touch summer soup. My warm asian glazed chicken salad, chicken tenders cooked to preserve every ounce of its juiciness while being perfectly seasoned, accompanied by a sprinkle of sesame seed dressing over the crunchy texture of crisp wontons and organic greens satisfies every need of the taste buds. Our waitress was an absolute delight, she gave us the most genuine recommendations for the desserts on the menu and we took her advice wholeheartedly.
Very impressed about the quality of the Bistro and can’t wait to go back to try more items on the menu.
The only strange part is that the washroom is located outside of the actual restaurant and in the Nordstrom shopping area.

Great place to stop and grab a meal in the middle of shopping, but I liked this place so much I would probably go to the mall again just to eat here! My sandwhich was delicious, Service was great, very chic décor. The olive dip that they serve with their sandwhiches is absolutely delicious, I asked for extra. Super yummy, great spot and very well priced!

I don’t even shop at Nordstrom, but this Café is a treat to stop at instead of the usual fast food at the food courts.
Their ingredients are organic, farm raised, cage free, etc, so I understand the price isn’t comparable to food court, but I’ve enjoyed every meal I’ve had here.
I first stopped by here because I was shopping with someone who was my elder, and sitting at a noisy food court or mall walkway didn’t seem adequate. I am not a vegetarian, but I’ve often enjoyed a vegetarian entrée or salad here, too. The arugula salad is ALMOST as tasty as the really yummy french fries. That speaks volumes in my world.
The staff has been courteous and kind, and the atmosphere is great too, without being a stuffy restaurant. I enjoyed the vegetarian focaccia sandwich today, and my husband really enjoyed his turkey sandwich today. It can get even more popular during meal hours, but it’s worth the wait.

This is one of my favorite places for lunch.
The wait staff, particularly Rafael and Yulia, are awesome. The chefs are amazing (though I do miss Tom P.; glad he’s doing well at his new location). The food is delicious and customized to your needs. Their coffee is really good (and a value at $ 1.67!) The one word I could use to describe Nordstrom Bistro is: CONSISTENT.

Surprisingly good!
Nordstrom Bistro Café is a great place to take a break from a hard day of browsing and bargain hunting. Offering a good mix of soups, salads, sandwiches, and hot entrees, Bistro Café will likely meet most needs.
We started with the pita and hummus which was served with kalamata olives and feta cheese. A good start to the meal. I ordered a half caesar salad which was quite good (they serve half and full-​sized salads). For my meal, I ordered the chicken with wilted spinach and fingerling potatoes. It was perfectly cooked and had a nice taste. It was on-​par with chicken dishes you would expect at a stand-​alone restaurant. The rest of the table ordered full salads that looked very good.
Overall, it was a surprise and a treat to find such good food at the Bistro Café!
