Food’s good, beer’s cold. Bartender’s are more concerned about chilling out with each other, and their friends, on week nights than serving customers. Also — crappy girl country is on most of the time.

We found Whiskey Rhythm Saloon while searching for a Patriots Bar around Nashville. How fun! The whole (back?) room is filled with Patriots fan each game day, and offers full wait service.
The last time we were there, Coors Light was there as well and gave free beer to everyone who went up to the bar.
The staff is really nice (wait staff and bartenders), and the food I’d say is average bar food. It filled us up, but wasn’t necessarily all that delicious.
One thing that was a HUGE disappointment to me was that the bathroom had NO SOAP. None. and no one around me had hand sanitizer, so I was forced to sit there with hands I’d used in the bathroom for over an hour before we were ready to go. I felt uncomfortable touching my beer, my phone, anything. YUCK.
We’ll definitely be back for games, we just might only come hungry, not thirsty. And definitely armed with sanitizer :0).

This place is a disappointment. Beer is served from small, plastic cups. I paid $ 4.50 for one Blue Moon. My husband ordered a Diet Coke with one refill, and we were charged $ 5 for that. Needless to say, drink pricing doesn’t make sense. The service is subpar. It took over an hour and a half to get food out, and the wait staff never apologized or acknowledged this was a problem. With so much competition in Nashville, save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

I can’t imagine any reason to go back. Yes, it takes a while to work out the kinks, but after three visits spaced over nearly 5 months, little to no improvement. The food is decent, but service is indifferent at best and the atmosphere is a bit like the basement of a frat house. It’s a tough business, but there are too many other good options in the area.

3 ½ stars. Good for what it is. I definitely see myself going back to watch a game with a group (it’s not too crowded) or play darts.
Surprisingly good food — not a ton of options, but everyone enjoyed what they had, including wings, salad, and chicken sandwiches. Great fries & ranch dressing. Did take a while coming out, but I think they were short staffed.
Atmosphere is fine. It was empty when we went, but it was an off time. Like most places in midtown, it’s pretty run down. But fine for hanging out with friends.

Horrible, the plastic menus were so nasty and dirty with old smeared food on them they were sticky.
Beer and drinks served in plastic cups, pay good money for a drink and it get served in plastic cups like it was a kool aid stand. I’m an adult, paying adult prices, and I get a plastic cup?!

There is a reason it’s never crowded, think about it. The tables were dirty, the service slow.

Stopped in to watch the NFL yesterday. Great experience! Sat at the bar and had a grilled chicken sandwich dipped in buffalo sauce with fries, both were excellent! Both bartenders were great, very nice, very friendly and the service was great too! If you have not tried Whiskey Rythm you should. You will be very happy with everything there. I will be back.

Love the place! Needs a little curb appeal and some advertising! Great indoor atmosphere, cold beer, plenty of tv’s and wonderful wait staff! We just happened to stumble across it and I’m so glad we did! We highly recommend this place!

We had brunch here and so much on the menu looked great. We tried the hot ham and cheese monte cristo sandwich. It came with syrup, hashbrowns, and bacon. The bread was French toast and between the two slices was ham and Gouda. So tasty! We also got the pimento cheese sticks which came with a spicy bacon mayo. These things were amazing! The people next to us had some nice looking (and smelling) burgers. The buns looked fresh and homemade and one burger was topped with jalapeño and Gouda. We were also intrigued by the tater tots which are supposedly made in house with hashbrowns, but we didn’t get a chance to. The service was mediocre. The bartender was leisurely and asked for the name on our tab EVERY TIME we ordered a round of drinks. It wasn’t that busy either. Luckily the food made up for it. If you go, make sure to have brunch or lunch!

As with any new spot opening up there were a few kinks, I have been here over 10 times and every time it keeps getting better and better. This is a much needed spot in the midtown area.
Local Tip: Order the burger, one of the best in town (I can hear the hisses now but go try it)

A typical hole-​in-​the-​wall dive bar. The bartender was really nice, despite all of the creepy older men hitting on her next to us. The drink special was pretty good. The drinks were also really strong. They had lots of fun bar games like darts and an odd game where you have to swing a metal circle onto a hook. This place wasn’t too packed on the weekend.

This bar has such an awesome vibe! The staff is super friendly, and they have great drink specials! Also, try the tots they are killer!

Dude. This bar is awesome. Never too crowded because it’s a good sized building. The drinks are amazing. The food is phenomenal. The staff is fantastic. They have darts, as well add some other games. I really don’t have a single bad thing to say. It’s new, it’s shiny, and I like it.

Really amazing place! Was part of a music video here and listened to great music! Shout out to the bartenders and the cooks-​abbie you rock!!! And the sound guy!! great hang spot !

My first time in Nashville and this bar is by far one of my favorites! Our bartender josh was fun and engaging. Good food and great drinks!

This place has kinks.
Whiskey rhythm tricks you into thinking you’ve entered a fabulous hang out bar. It’s open, wide, there are fun games and a dual bar area with seating options and tables in front of a nice large stage. Generally, huge.
Then you sit at a table to wait for your group. Not your last friend before you grab a drink but a full 20 other people to show up. A flaky waitress shows up and demands to see your ID even though the bouncer has checked and let you in already, even though you’re just hanging out in the empty room not at the bar. Then she wants to know your drink. Then a second flaky waitress shows up next to her and also wants to know your drink. I don’t like being drink pressured and the dual ID check was just weird. I wasn’t red to order but I asked about bushwhackers. Flaky waitress one consulted number two and awkwardly half talked between me and number two deciding eventually I was looking for a weird beer and ignoring my adamant «nevermind!» I’d said twice to try to cut this whole weirdness down.
Amen, the owner entered and flaky waitresses left. I don’t mean to be overly insulting, they were probably just flustered from some previous incident but they were awkward and accidentally confrontational and confusing and I really didn’t appreciate it. The owner explained they are getting bushwhackers soon (yay) and welcomed us to the bar — that was nice.
Friends arrived and we were ordering and took over one room more or less and I got to catch up with the out of towners for a bit… then the band started and I gave the hell up. I have bad bar voice tone to start with but couldn’t have heard Benedict Cumberbatch shouting Hamlet into my ears if I’d have had that delirious moment. I gave up and went outside to find pleasantness out with the smoking crowd so I could talk a little more. Way, totally unpleasant. If it’s the band’s fault they need to cap the band volume because that was stupid unpleasant to even be put with a group you can’t talk to at all.
Volume, and awkwarding out the customers. Seriously want a fix for a bar that has enough space to be a cool hang out and actually talk a little kind of place.

Amazing bar with great food! The live music is consistently good and this is from a native Nashvillian who is used to constant exposure to live music and so is not easy to please. And you get a lot more than just country music. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced, especially for the area. The place is set up well, too. You can listen to the live music up front, hang out at the bar, or play darts and other games. I have been there a few times and we have always had a good time.

Amazing find! I stumbled upon this place and I can honestly say that it’s now one of my favorite bars in Nashville. Awesome atmosphere, great service, and the band had a mix that you could dance to all night.

Found this place by accident. They had an amazing live band and great beer selection. I’m from California and I’ve quickly found that I love Yeungling beer. The live band tonight was amazing. I don’t like country, but was very entertained. Great place to hang out.
