When you move you can’t cancel… your obligated to stay with vivint and can’t do anything about it… if your military like I am don’t get this… also doesn’t work all the time… says it’s armed and doesn’t go off or anything when the door is opened… horrible service

We were initially pleased with Vivint and thought everything was going great when we ordered our system over the phone. When the installer came to put our equipment in, he told me to «forget everything the salesman on the phone told you.» He said they work on a points system. He then tried to upsell me on the equipment to the tune of $ 500. After we worked that out(we did not buy the extra and ended up feeling like we didn’t get what we really wanted), the problems really began. They have been taking money out of our account systematically for things we didn’t purchase(you have no choice but to do an automatic debit for monthly payments so they have access to your money). We want out! I feel like we have been deceived! In the span of 12 days, they took money out of our account that adds up to more than $ 300! And this is not the first time this has happened. It’s the second time we’ve dealt with this. One time I could see as a mistake. After that, I’ve lost trust.
