My wife and I were looking to buy our first home on the east side and we wanted to find someone knowledgeable in East Nashville. We had worked with another realtor in town, but didn’t feel like he gave us the time or attention that we deserved. After all, we had our financing in order and we were ready to buy! We realized that we were small fish in a big sea (our price point was much lower than many in the market), but we still felt we deserved some personal attention.
We ended up dealing with Brad Copeland and boy did we get lucky! Brad knows his stuff! He treated us like we were buying a million dollar home (even though we weren’t even close to that). When it came time to make an offer on a house, he made the process very easy for us. He burned the midnight oil getting the offer in and making sure we hit the closing date we wanted. He negotiated our terms and helped us find people who could estimate things for us when we don’t know the first thing about who to call. He even showed up at the title signing, which made that process more comfortable for us.
We later learned that Brad had recently won an award for highest home sales in the Market. So what that tells me is that he could have treated us small fish as small fish (like our previous agent had), but he didn’t. Again, he always made us feel like we were his #1 client, which made the process so enjoyable for us!
