There are few times I eat Taco Bell(usually when I’m hungover), but today I decided to give it a try for a quick lunch — and I was impressed. My experience today exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and personable. There was no yelling or tomfoolery in the back that I could hear or see. The customers around me seemed engaged in conversation and not at all perturbed with anything around them. And the food was actually not bad. My meal was very hot, and cooked exactly to my specifications without error. Overall a very pleasant lunch.

This is one the better Taco Bells in Nashville. It’s MUCH better than the one on Donelson Pike, don’t even get me started on that one. I’ve been here at different times throughout the day & the staff is always friendly & the service fast. Only once or twice have I had to wait a long time in the drive thru. I’ve never had any issues with getting the wrong food or them leaving an item out. I did once get an extra taco, but I counted that as a WIN.

Yes… the one star is representative of how long the wait was. The food was fine. That should tell you how long the wait was. This was Sunday at 12:30pm with very few customers, which equals NOEXCUSE.

Customer service… apparently it is a thing of the past when it comes to the fast food industry. I realize that it is cheap and quick and that they are often getting paid minimum wage to do a crappy job. But… there is no substitute for pleasantness and manners and those please and thank you’s that should accompany the orders.

Very funny cashier and manager. Food tasted perfect and was hot and fresh. I got a double decker taco and a crunchwrap supreme. They have almost the same ingredients but the doubledecker was way better. The crunchwrap seemed as if the tostada tortilla was stale.
