Very poor customer service, and virtually never even get the order right. Easily this is the worst restaurant in Nashville. I’ve never had such poor service in my life.

Service was seriously slow, and the workers would me eye contact and continue to ignore you. There was one table in the entire restaurant clean enough for my family to sit. At least the food was hot and fresh.

Save yourself from getting food poisoning — no joke! After stopping by the drive-​thru for the usual burrito and tacos, I went home and tried to go to bed only to wake up a few hours later puking (and other things) my guts out. It was so bad I couldn’t even keep water down. I was pretty weak but managed to drive myself to the urgent care where they put two IV’s of fluid in me, and gave me some medication to help with the nausea. Upon talking to the Publix pharmacist next door to the urgent care (where my prescription was filled), they told me that their entire family had gotten food poisoning from the same exact Taco Bell location! So, save yourself — and if you are craving TB, hit up the one by Hickory Hollow Mall, Donelson area (near the airport) or La Vergne.

Well where should I start. 1st and foremost the lobby was clean. However this was all. This was a Sunday morning the food that I ordered was cold. I sorry but meat is suppose to be hot. And this stuff was just thrown together. really nasty. When you bite into a burrito you want a taste of everything in each bite. Not one end cheese and the other end beans. Also had a special order. LOL they could not even tell me where that was nor did they mark it. I think they need to go back to restraunt 101
