Stopped in two hours before closing on Black Friday. There were a few customers in there, but it wasn’t crazy. My boyfriend and I wandered around and looked at the phones for a good 30 minutes before we realized we were supposed to have signed in when we arrived. We didn’t know, because NOONE greeted us or even spoke to us the whole time we were there, and there was no sign that said, «Please sign in.» The manager seemed really stressed despite there not being that many people in the store. He was very impatient with a girl who was trying to resolve a billing issue, kept talking over her, etc. He was also rude to a lady on the phone, telling her that he wasn’t going to listen to a lecture over the phone and that he was busy with customers in the store. I also overheard him say to a coworker that he didn’t understand why they were staying open an hour later on Black Friday(duh). But who knows what the rest of his day was like. I’m sure he was ready to go home… But that’s no excuse for poor customer service! When we realized we missed the«sign in» memo, and there were a couple people in front of us, we decided to come back another day. As we were walking towards the door, that’s when the manager finally acknowledged us, trying to convince us to stick around. We were like, «Nope! Bye!»

The«store manager» didn’t know that my dad’s phone wasn’t Tmobile compatible. So she sold us SIM cards, a plan and the WHOLE deal and never checked the phone. This is unacceptable.
