I came in randomly to upgrade my phone to a 5s. I cannot remember the service rep’s name (I want to say Taylor but I could be wrong). She set up everything for me, explained it and sent me on my way. It’s perfect for someone like me with a limited attention span.

I came in on New Year’s Day to upgrade my iPhone 4S to a 5S. No line, was greeted immediately. The customer service rep was really helpful and got me the phone immediately, helped me back up the old one to the iCloud, transfer my stuff to the new phone, get credit for the old phone, etc., and waltz out with the hottest phone on the market (NBD) all within about 30 mins. I know it was still within proper NYE hangover hours, but I was impressed! Very courteous staff, really fast service and I felt really confident that I had made the right choice in Sprint stores. Let’s be honest– phone stores are usually a hassle, but this was actually a pleasant experience! Good job!
