Sonic Drive-In

This Sonic is among the last locations in Middle Tennessee I’d recommend visiting. Each time I have come here (3 – 4 times over the last year), they have never failed to disappoint.
In short: The service is PAINFULLY slow, the wait to get your food after you order is unacceptable, and they have usually always messed something up. In addition to the aforementioned shortcomings, the food itself is terrible from here. Seriously, each time in the past that I’ve went here, I ordered something different having remembered what I got the last time I came and that I was disappointed with it. So, I order something completely different and it comes out tasting gross also.
On a separate note, I honestly feel like Sonic is going down hill fast. None of their food is as good as it used to be, they stopped offering «sour» as an option for their slushes, and EVERY SINGLE ITEM on their menu is EXTREMELY overpriced. While this is not a knock on this particular Sonic, it is for the company as a whole.
Overall, I will definitely not be visiting this location again, and most likely will not frequent the franchise very much, if at all anymore, unless major changes occur to their food and pricing.

Terrible service, outrageously slow, and wrong order after all that. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt a few times, but after being over charged and paying for something I didn’t order because they wouldn’t admit or take time to correct the mistake, no more chances.

This location has to be the slowest «fast» food place in Nashville. I don’t even eat their food… it’s just a vanilla coke people. Uuggghh!!!

I have visited this location twice and its the same result everytime!!! Bad stale cold food and horrible service!
First time I ordered a Jr burger, fries and coke… ALL OF IT WAS COLD & STALE! so i asked the lady kindly if they could make me a fresh meal? Chick had an attitude! I could hear her smack those crusty lips in disgust over the speaker thingy… so when i finally received my meal and checked it i noticed that it was the same stale fries just reheated and the same burger as before just blacker! SO i asked for a refund, gave them back their food and bounced!
Second time, I ordered a sprite and a corn dog… HOW CAN YOU MESS UP A SPRITE AND CORN DOG??? well my corn dog was not cooked all the way and the sprite tasted like it needed to be changed. So i informed the girl taking my order and low and behold SHE SMACKED HER CRUSTY LIPS DISGUST… could this possibly be the same girl or do they just hire people who hate customer service? Either way I’m completely turned off from this place and will NEVER RETURN!

I give them credit for trying. But you can’t overcome the area this is built in. Street walkers up and down the streets at night and cops everywhere.
That should tell you all you need. Quick in and out and get to a safer area downtown or elsewhere.
