I’ve had every car I’ve ever owned tinted here, since I was a teenager. They’ve always done a great job. Not the cheapest shop in town, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had them quote some windows on my home as well, and the sales guy was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out a film that I love.

Customer service was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment to get my windows tinted. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I would need to come back on a different day. This was frustrating because I had to drive to solar insulation from another city, so this was tough. I even made a $ 25 down payment for my appointment that I never got back.

They are priced much higher than the competition for the same quality work. Not only that, the owners were less than nice when I questioned them about why their quote was TWICE as much as anyone else in town. Go to G’s Custom right off of Charlotte. They are much cheaper, did a beautiful tint job on my new car and SO nice!

so this place is freaking awesome! me and my small biz are looking to cut down on our electric bill (who isn’t?) and these friendly folks offered me a multitude of options within a multitude of budgets. we are still ironing out the details but this family-​run mom-​and-​pop, that offers the most state-​of-​the-​art, Eco-​friendly, innovative, and most importantly, specific and personalized service… color me sold.

Our experience was awesome… easy to schedule appointment! Andrew came out to give an estimate and was professional and knowledgeable. Making changes once I placed my order was also a breeze. The two installers came out and were extremely personable and professional. They completed the job quickly with no mess. Very happy with product and can already tell a difference!!!

Great folks, exceptional installation, awesome products, lots of choices, GREAT VALUE! Highly recommend these folks for any window tinting needs.
We have wood windows and new construction, and the installers made sure every little spec of paint, wood, dirt, residue or lint was removed from the windows before applying the tinting. Even though you can’t tell the windows are tinted, we have added privacy from outside the house and MUCH GREATER insulation from the sun on the inside.
At the risk of being repetitious, love the products, love the people, love the value! Our install was two years ago, but I had to get on here and tell anyone who might be in the market that these guys are the way to go!
