Signature Limousine Service

I booked a 12 person Stretch Hummer for my Grandmother’s 87^th birthday. A 10 year old Ford Excursion was waiting out front of my hotel. Not only did the driver not call me to notify he was there, he didn’t even offer the normal pleasantries upon my arrival.
The running boards were frayed and slanted upon entering the car. The driver never asked what our itinerary was, nor helped me load our beverages or bags in the car. He made two wrong turns and ran through two stop signs before our first destination, 20 minutes in the trip. He was always late getting out of the car at stops, never made it to opening the door before all 9 passengers got out.
We wanted to take the scenic route to dinner, but we were too afraid to ask the driver.
Upon arriving at our 5 star restaurant, he stopped two blocks away IN THE RAIN. Again, didn’t make it to the door.
I called him 15 minutes before we were ready to leave dinner. 30 minutes later, we walked 1 block IN THE RAIN to find him.
I finally gave up and ended our night an hour early. I was charged for that hour.
What a RIP OFF for $ 950. Six hours in a dumpy car with a useless driver. DON’T DO IT…

I shopped around with a few different companies to find transportation for a bachelorette party. When I submitted information for a quote, they got back to me quickly and were really helpful in selecting the right vehicle. Their prices were very competitive and the little limo bus we had was really nice and looked new. The driver was great too! He was right on time and very professional.

Won a two night trip to the 2015 CMT Music Awards from my cable company and this was the car service company that was provided during our stay.
From the airport pick up, to the back and forth to the three different events we attended, to our return trip to the airport, all the operators were on time, in late model vehicles, and they got us to our destinations in a prompt and safe manner.
Absolutely no complaints.

I have used Signature multiple times in the last year and all of trips have been fantastic, but last week was incredible.
We had a chauffeured named Mike who had driven my wife and I a few times in the past. When picked us up to head to The Southern he had everything ready for us before we got in the SUV. He knew we would have a bottle of wine (we didn’t tell them ahead of time) so he had glasses and a wine open ready and waiting.
Prior to arriving he sent me a text message with his arrival ETA.
He had cold bottled water waiting for us after dinner and was waiting right in front of the restaurant for us when we came out and drive us directly to Acme for after dinner drinks.
Mike was the best chauffeur I have ever had.
Two days after the trip I received a hand written thank you note form Signature thanking me for using their service. Who does this anymore.

I found Signature Limo after Grand Avenue Transportation left me in the lurch (do not use them!). Well, I could not have been more pleased! I was planning transportation for a 150-​guest wedding at Mint Springs in Nolensville and Signature Limo was awesome! I had bridal party transports as well as guest transports and they were great. All coaches were on time, drivers were friendly, and everyone loved it. I used them the next night to take a group to the Grand Old Opry show and touring of downtown and they were great that night too! I especially liked their attention to detail — I got confirmation emails right away (did not at Grand Ave), then the day before they re-​confirmed everything AND sent me the name and cell phone of each driver so we could be in regular contact. That was NICE! Highly recommend Signature!

Used Signature for a girls night out limo service, and was really pleased with how easy it was to make a reservation by phone. Wish they had online quoting and not just a response that came back via email saying «call us to book»…but otherwise was a great experience. Our driver, Leon, was the sweetest guy and everyone had a great time. Would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend them! Their prices are very reasonable the vehicle was perfect! We did a home tour in one of the executive vans with 15 Realtors, the driver was great, the customer service was awesome, and we couldn’t be happier! Call them for any if your needs I’m sure they can accommodate or find a solution!
