Dr. Shofner is a great Dr. but his office staff and billing dept. are all headed by the wrong people. I had a consultation on May 3 2011 and since I did not receive any thing from them in the way of a bill I thought my insurance had covered it.
Well to my surprise when I went to get insurance in April 2013 they told me I had something on my credit report so they could not insure me. I check with the credit company and they said it was from Dr. Shofner. If I owed money for 2011 why was i never billed and why was I never contacted by the collection agency? Now over 2 yrs later they say I owe it. Methinks not
