Santorini Greek Restaurant

A friend and I ran upon this small establishment while seeking dinner before a local event. The fellow who took our order and prepared the food was direct and courteous. Everything was incredibly fresh and made to order. The portions were huge. The goddess dressing on the salad was amazing. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would eat here again!

I think that I was their first customer for the day as they were still setting up for the lunch rush when I arrived. The rice and the salads all looked so perfect!
Gyro plate to go, all the way. And all the way includes pickles, hot peppers and feta cheese on top of the tomatoes and cucumbers and salad. Sure, that’s fine. A huge amount of very fluffy yellow rice filled the other half of the styrofoam container and then a good pile of sliced donner piled on top with three quarters of a pita to wrap it up. Into the bag with cutlery and napkins, I was good to go.
Back at the office, a very tasty meal was unwrapped and demolished. Hard to beat the price — $ 7.

Went in for lunch today nothing unusual. Ordered my food and waited my turn to pay. However their credit card processor was down oh no!!! I didn’t have cash!!! Double oh no!!! Santorini let me leave WITH the food I ordered and said just pay us next time. Well there was no way I would remember next time. I went back to the office are my food then went to the bank for cash and paid on my way home. Class act santorini!

One of my favorite places to eat in Nashville! I stopped by this restaurant when looking for a good meal downtown. I ordered an appetizer sampler and a gyro platter. Everything was fresh, flavorful and delicious. You can really tell the owners take pride in the restaurant. After I finished my meal, I decided to try the baklava. The owner gave it to me for free which was so nice! The prices are very reasonable too. Give it a try, you will be glad you did!

Generous portions on the gyro. Great taste and very fast service. We were there on the 4^th of July right after the firework/​free concert let out. They were one of the only places open (beyond closing time), crowded and still had fast service.

I don’t eat out without first consulting Unilocal but have never felt compelled to submit a review until now. This place only has two reviews and deserves a lot more. My wife and I are visiting from out of town and came upon the restaurant looking for the Capitol and we extremely happy we did. We got a gyro sandwich, stuffed grape leaves, and a slice of baklava. The sandwiches were absolutely amazing. Soft, perfectly prepared lamb generously stuffed into a pita with lettuce, feta, and the rest. Absolutely delicious and totally satisfying for only $ 3.99. I love a good deal and this was definitely that. I liked but didn’t love the grape leaves and baklava. Both were good but nothing stood out. Still, nothing can take away for such an incredible gyro sandwich at such a great price. If you’re looking for great Greek food at a equally great price, this is the place to go.

This is the place that was on 4^th for many years. They moved due to construction on a new hotel. Same food. Same people. Very similar décor on the inside. It’s still the best lunch value downtown.

Great food had the gyro fajita salad and hummus with olives and pita Yummy!!! The restaurant not fancy order and sit kinda place but food was so good
