Sally Beauty Supply

I really like this location. I know there’s a lot of mixed reviews regarding the staff, but they seem to have recently gotten a whole new team. I would’ve given it 5 stars, but this location seems to have a low stock in this store. Other than that, it’s amazing. There’s two guys that work in there and they are beyond helpful. They’re always so friendly and really help me get the best results with my hair. One even suggested new products (which I’m now obsessed with) to hold my color even longer. I almost always leave extremely satisfied with this location

So, my basic needs were met… They had the products that I was looking for and someone pointed me in the right direction. Beyond that, I’d have to agree with the other comments on the service. There was a promotion going on and the associate checking me out didn’t acknowledge that I’d met the requirements to receive the free promo item. When I asked about it she said «oh, hold on…» She went and looked at the sign then came back and said «I’m glad you said something because I never know what we have on sale…» Really? There were a couple of other things that I noticed that weren’t wonderful either but they aren’t even worth mentioning. My experience didn’t make me want to return, but it seems to be the closest beauty supply store to my apartment complex, so we’ll see.

It has what I need, generally. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Alas, it is the closest to my home.
There used to be the best employees at this location. They were all knowledgeable and personable. I know it is a chain, but if I’m a regular I like to be greeted. All of the past employes went above and beyond, that it didn’t feel like a franchise.
Lately morale seems to be down in that store and the employees leave a lot to be desired. I just left the store where there were two employees and two customers in the store. One employee didn’t even acknowledge me while the other oddly followed me a bit. When she wasn’t wandering around she was checking herself out in the mirror on the back wall. Seriously.
All in all, it has what I need. I just want to be in and out when I shop there. All of the employees I have encountered lately could use some more training.

A girl needs what a girl needs! And Sally Beauty Supply definitely has that and more.
This store is a little small and cramped but it has all the basics of what you would expect from a Sally store. I went to find a top coat for my nail polish and located it without a hitch.
