There are some talented people here, Caleb got rave reviews from my friends. The rest were too talkative, lack-​luster and WAY too into themselves. Terrible blowout (can’t remember her name). I can give myself a better blowout. Makeup was caked on and she never even asked me how I wanted my makeup, just did it. Some of my friends actually wiped their makeup off when we left. Atmosphere is fine. I’d go somewhere else than spend your money here.

I started going here as a referral. Love the great job Jackie did on my feet and my nails. Its a little pricey but u get what you pay for. I have tried other nail shops but its a half done job on my pedicure and my fill-​ins dont look nstural. I WILL definitely return to this spot. My feet thank you.

Caleb is not only hilarious, but a genius with my blonde hair! He has me feeling sassy and fabulous! He works with my schedule and makes it easy to book. The team is awesome and it’s always a treat to hang out!

We were in Nashville this past weekend for a Bachelorette party and had the pleasure of visiting this spa for a girls day out. The staff was very attentive and did a great job wrangling the 15 or so girls we had with us throughout the day. We all got various services, and everyone was very, very pleased. I got a massage from Wes, and it was very relaxing and comfortable. He is a professional with tons of experience… I highly recommend Wes if you are needing a massage! Excellent massage! Top-​notch service and experience. Thank you to the staff for making our day wonderful… and for Wes for working out my knots!

I have been coming to Caleb for three months now. The first time I saw him my hair was a disaster! Another salon turned my hair orange and purple and had to cut of the damage.
Caleb has not only turned me back into the blond that I want to be but my hair is heathy again!!! Totally five stars all the way! Go here, you won’t regret it! Tiffany is excellent at makeup too! Super great!

I tend to spend many Saturday’s pampering myself here! From a phenomenal facial to a fun and funky blow-​out, or even a new hair do, Rodney Mitchell Style Bar and Spa never lets me down! So fun for a relaxing girls day out! They also have mani/​pedis available as well! Caleb always does my hair and we have a BLAST!

Liz is amazing! Always does a fabulous job and she is my forever stylist! I’ve found my forever salon. I drive 75 miles just for her to do my hair. The salon is beautiful and I love the feel of being there. Everyone is always so nice and funny and they all work well together.

This is THE PLACE for your hair and spa needs in downtown Nashville! The staff is courteous and extremely knowledgeable and well versed in what they do. Caleb is my stylist and I constantly get compliments on my hair. Check these guys out, seriously!

Six ladies has our makeup & hair blown out & we were told the cost was between $ 50-​$ 75. We were each shocked when we were charged $ 150 each.
That’s pretty steep for a basic blowout & style with makeup.
Three of us washed off most of our makeup when we got back to the hotel. The ladies are super sweet, but they caked on layers of makeup that none of us felt was really complimentary.

Such a great experience at this salon today! Bethany did my hair for my wedding today and it looked perfect! Exactly like the pic I gave her and so pretty! Very professional place, very fun and trendy, and all of the stylists seemed very knowledgable and good at their jobs. I was SO HAPPY I chose to get my hair done here for my special day!

Stopped in to see if they could fit me in. It didn’t work out, but I would definitely return. The space is beautiful, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. No attitudes!

While in Nashville on business I was in need of a blow out. This place was recommended by the concierge at the hotel where I was staying. I made an appointment with Lytle and I have to say it was one of the best shampoo and blowdrys I’ve ever had. I have very coarse, frizzy thick hair and he made it look and feel like Pantene hair. I would definitely recommend Rodney Mitchell Style Bar to anyone looking for a good blow out at a professional, modern, stylish, relaxing environment while in the Nashville area.

Went back to Adrienne to get a new colour, she remembered me and showed me a beautiful colour I’m so happy with. She’s such a perfectionist which is exactly what you want when having someone do your nails. I’m sad I won’t be sticking around to keep going back!

On to makeup. Khabra was so sweet too and she is so pretty! I got my eyes done with lashes only and she did such a great job. I asked for smokey but not too dark/​black. She too, knows her work and gives you exactly what you want.

Amazing. Massage. We picked this place randomly when we were in town on a girls’ weekend since they had availability when we wanted, and it was in my top 3 massages of all time.

We popped in for a pedi and after a brief wait my friend and I were both offered a cocktail and were seated for the pedi’s. Adrian was awesome. She did a great job. The spa is super clean and very nice. After observing, I want to come back for a Blow-​Out!

The Rodney Mitchell Salon and Bethany embrace the real true cool Nashville vibe — welcoming, down to Earth, and free of the attitude one can run into at some of those places we won’t mention here. The entire staff is kind and upbeat — plus, from what I’ve observed — Bethany’s fellow stylists are also talented and meet expectations far and above what I’ve generally come to expect.

Loved it! Popped in while visiting Nashville, they squeezed me in and did an awesome job coloring my hair. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the owner is truly an example of prime southern hospitality and a real gentleman!
