While the store itself could use some updating(inside and out), my experiences there have always been great. Everyone that works there is friendly and ready to help. The pharmacy can get crowded inside so use the drive up window for faster service! I would love to see this store updated… It sits on a very busy corner in a changing part of the city. But all in all, a great Rita Aid!

the drive-thru for the pharmacy is painfully slow. and if you’re setting your prescriptions to auto-refill, it may take a few tries for this to be effective

I needed cold medicine. And a bathroom. Something got lost in translation when I went to the cashier. «Do you have a bathroom?» «A what?» «Bath-room. Washroom. Ladies room» «13» I got what I wanted and got out. I didn’t know I had such a hard to understand accent.

The two times that I have popped in to grab a quick cold beverage or snack while being mobile, the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. They always seem to have a sale on candies, snacks, and beverages so pop by for a cheap treat!

The store itself isn’t bad: they carry some higher-end hair and body products, for example. But the pharmacy is hit-or-miss; there are pharmacy employees who have been rude rude rude to me, and I have monthly recurring prescriptions, so I have to see a lot of them. But then there are some nicer folks working back there, and it’s so convenient to my home, I can never be bothered to move my prescriptions elsewhere. But if this isn’t a super-convenient location for you, you’ll probably want to take your prescriptions elsewhere.
