WORST EVER!!! I called in my order of 2 large pizzas to be delivered to my hotel and gave them the address to the hotel. I was told it would take 45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later I called back to check the status and was told the delivery person was on the way. I called back 20 minutes later after still no pizza and was told the delivery person went to the wrong hotel and now they were on the way. I called back 20 minutes later after still no pizza and was told they were still on the way. I was waiting in the hotel lobby at this point. Finally the delivery man walks in the door and sets the pizza in front of me and asks me to sign on the line of the receipt. No apology, no explanation or anything. I asked if I was going to get any discount for receiving cold pizza and the delivery guy said «you try delivering pizzas for a living». The best part is I was charged $ 4.99 for hotel delivery when they didn’t even deliver it to my room. I was waiting at the front door. So the next day I called pizza factory in hopes of talking to a manager. I called multiple times with no one answering then finally got through. I asked for a manager and was given a different person to talk to. I told him the situation and requested a refund for at least the hotel delivery fee since it was not delivered to my room. He said that would be no problem and would leave a note for the manager. So I clearly wasn’t talking to the manager. I asked when I should expect to see the refund and he said in the next day or so. 4 days go by and still no refund so I decide to call back. At this point it is in no way about the $ 5 but more on principal. I call and ask for the manager and am given to a different person who says the manager is not there and they would take a message. Still no word and no refund… If you want pizza in Nashville, stick to Dominos.

Try the shrimp pizza. Seriously. It’s small, but it’s flavored just right and each shrimp is like a little nugget of gold.

Over an hour and a half to deliver, still waiting on it. Called store and they didn’t care that it took this long. Quality of food doesn’t really matter when you are rude to customers.

Pretty disappointing. We ordered the bbq chicken pizza and could barely taste/​see any sauce at all (could hardly tell it was bbq). The cheese was very thick and stringy, hard to chew. Not a lot of chicken. Crust was decent. Wouldn’t eat here again.

I honestly can’t say much about the pizza here. We decided to order on
after seeing many good reviews. We placed our order around 4:30 on a Tuesday and the site told us it would be here around 6:00. Ok no big deal. It was what some in Nashville may consider dangerous driving conditions as it was «snowing «. The problem lies with the fact when we got our pizza it felt like it was cooked at 4:30 when the order was put in. If it is going to take that long at least make it like warm.

Worst tasting pizza I ever had. Better off going to the supermarket and get a frozen one from there.

Food took a hour and a half the pizza chips was this strange cracker material no cheese and the spaghetti was very bland definitely wouldn’t eat again

ALRIGHT, went here because I wanted to try it out. I am always wanting to try out places I have not yet. Most the reviews were good, those who complained sounded like a bunch of babies, but I am here to tell you The meatball sub I just ordered was pretty damn good. I only wanted to eat half it, but it was so good I could not stop. The only reason for the 3 starts is because I have yet to try the pizza, if it is as good. It will get more stars. There is nothing fancy about this place. It is your standard store with a few tables and a couple of guys behind the counter. Good job on the meatball sub. Can’t wait to try the pizza. It is hard to see in the plaza he needs a sign, but if you look at the windows it is painted on in big letters. And NEVER go to the big chains only a idiot would buy manufactured processed food. Arron K is a big old fool, do not listen to him. That is why he is eating crappy processed Domino’s or papa johns where they won’t even tell you what is in there pizza.

I pass by 6 pizza locations just to get to the pizza factory. The staff are all friendly and everytime I show up, they remember who I am. They make me feel like part of the family

When you’re out late night and fiendishly looking for some food, try this place! You won’t regret it! The Chicken Alfredo Pizza is simply AWESOME! The friendly staff and owners offer good service with a smile. If you’re anything like me, you’ll be a repeat customer!

On the one hand, it’s always nice to see ANY food sometimes when one is traveling at weird hours. Due to a grueling schedule, I needed some late night grub in an unfamiliar city, and they delivered. The nice lady that took my order, also delivered it. On the other hand, it arrived to my hotel room with nary a napkin or utensil in sight.
It could be the best food in the world, but if one has to eat it with their hands and wipe their mouth with a hotel wash rag, it’s gonna cost a couple of stars. Decent eats, friendly service, but remember to ASK for stuff to eat it with if you’re getting a delivery!

I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and lasagna for delivery, and it arrived hot and fresh in about 30 minutes. The food was delicious and came in generous proportions for a reasonable price. This location has a large menu full with many great choices. What’s even better is that they are open until 3 am, which offers some nice variety for late night meals.

I definitely recommend their calzones. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and presentation from a small hole in the wall type pizza joint. It certainly doesn’t look like much when you walk in, but their food is really very good. I believe it is family owned and I am always a big supporter of small business. Keep up the good work Pizza Factory!

This place is not worth it! Toppings I paid for were left entirely off my pizza. Delivery took over an hour and a half. By the time it got here, it was warm at best. Try somewhere else! Avoid the certain frustration!

Ordered a pizza at 5:45 for us and our 3 little ones and the order estimate said it would be delivered between 7:10 — 7:20. Thought that was a little late, but maybe they were over compensating just in case. Well by 7:50 the pizza had not arrived yet. Called and they said it was on its way 15 minutes ago. Then after 5 phone calls back an forth they said they would refund our order, but didn’t even show up with the pizza till 8:45. This was a Thursday night. I will never ever call them again.
