I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. I brought one of my out of town bridesmaids here for a courtesy fitting. Even knowing right away we weren’t going to be ordering from this shop, the owner Karen, still treated us as if we were valued. I got more information from her about the Belsoie line, than I got from the shop I’m ordering from. Not to mention she gave me a swatch, something else I didn’t get from the other shop. I’ve been to countless shops since getting engaged, and this was by far the best service I have received!

EXTREMELY RUDE! I don’t understand how you can be in a service oriented business, and not know how to treat people. If it weren’t too late I would take back all my bridesmaids dresses and go elsewhere. Not to mention they are VERY disorganized. This lady was telling me she hadn’t received payments for some of the bridesmaids when in fact she had, I guess she just lost the money. When we called to check if our order had been placed yet, her response was «I think so.» Way to run a business lady!

My daughter and I just came from this awful store, after picking up a bridesmaid dress, she ordered back in October. 1^st, it is difficult to locate, and easy to miss. When we pulled up, I could not believe anyone would venture into this 2 story house, that has been done up as a Prom/​Gown, Bridal shop. The establishment reeked of animal urine. We had literally ordered this dress 5 months ago, and it just came in. There was only 1 other customer in the store, but we were led down into a renovated garage, that was freezing cold, so that she could try the dress on. The dress was too long, and we were then allowed to go upstairs so that it could be measured. While up in the «salon» area, a young girl was trying on prom dresses, and the owner of the store seemed incredibly irritated that we were in her way, and taking up any time in that part of the store. I have been in just about every bridal shop in this county, and I have never been so rudely treated at any of them, as I was here. This woman was unbelievably, inappropriately rude. I mean, we are paying customers, and granted, we aren’t there by our choice, but surely she could be a little gracious towards a paying guest. Oh no, rude, rude, rude. And by the way, the prom dresses there are hideous, the wedding gown selection is extremely limited and quite boring, and the jewelry is cheap and over priced. If you need a gown of any type, just go a few more miles down Charlotte to Old Hickory Blvd, turn left and take yourself to Glitz. They have a much better selection, and are so much more accomodating and custormer oriented. Way to go old lady, you just made sure we will never be back, and will tell EVERYONE we know not to grace your terrible, stinky shop.
