PC Dude Computer Solutions

I brought in 2 hard-​drives that I use to store pictures, music, and back-​up my computers. The service guy, Daniel, was able to read one of the drives and told me he would have to break the second one open to see if he could get the info. No guarantee!
I gave him the go-​ahead & brought new drives with hopes he could. He just called me and told me both drives were recovered.
The best part is he never made me feel like an idiot, he talked my language not computer jargon, and he only promised what he knew.

So first off, this review is for the PC Dude branch on Church St., and I cannot say this strongly enough: do not bring your laptop here. This is based entirely on my own experiences.
So my laptop display wasn’t working properly — probably just a loose or frayed cable. I brought it in to the PC Dude office, and the guy there was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. After a competitive service charge, they would have it back to me in a day or two. Sure enough, I got a call that evening, and picked it up the next day. The screen was fixed but, as I discovered, my screen hinge had been broken and my right speaker disconnected in the process. I called, brought it back in, and the employee was again very polite and timely.
Second time around, and now the right column of keys and my disc drive aren’t responding. The hinge is loose again. My right speaker sounds blown. Like I said, PC Dude seems to have really polite and timely service, but you can’t just break a computer to fix it. I’m pretty sure if I called, they would take it back and try and fix it again for free, but I’m too worried what might be broken next.

If you have a problem with your PC do not try any other options, but go straight to PC Dude. They are beyond knowledgable and know how to fix your computer. They understand the problem just by you describing it to them. They are honest and are not going to take advantage of you. Prices are SUPER reasonable. They want to help fix your computer. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. It is SERIOUSLY the best PC repair center I have been to. MAGIC WORKERS
