Overpriced products and pushy salesmen. Everything they sell is available on the web for much better prices. I cant understand why any doctor who is running a business would pay the inflated prices. What else do they offer? A cocky sales person who comes in your office and noses through your supply closet and then has the nerve to ask why you are buying from Darby? The expertise that a sales person once offered is now availble on the internet for free. If you need equipment repair there are quality alternatives at better prices also. Patterson was once a great company but they seem to have lost their way, locally anyway. They cant seem to keep a manager for more than a year and the same with their service techs. Dont waste your time!
