So after 4 weeks with no hair cut. I tried Nwani’s. I must say it was a pleasurable experience. The shop is clean, the barbers are professional and«Wayne» did an excellent job. I didn’t have to explain much about my hair cut, he asked me a few questions here and there and I was happy with the end result. I’ll be back…

Ok I have searched high and low since I moved here 1yr ago for a barbershop and after each failed attempt and countless JACKEDUPPEDHAIRCUTS! I came to the conclusion that Nashville dudes cannot cut hair to save their lives! Until a coworker of mine put me to Jefferson street barber shops. The Good: There are about 30 hair cut places on this street! SERIOUSLY! so finding a spot to get cut up will not be hard at all! Real talk I’m from the Hood and hey Jefferson is the Hood, and that’s where you get your best cuts at(EVERYONEKNOWSTHIS!) Nwani’s Barber & Styles has it all… Barber’s for the dudes and hair dressers for the ladies. The establishment is clean and the the staff are in uniformed which is something you really don’t see now days but helps create a professional environment. Wayne is the man! first time he cut me I wish a brotha had more to tip cause dude handles his business! I say this cause I have that Kunta Kinta hair that’s straight!.. go figure?! So everytime I got my hair cut dudes would not know how to cut into a swirl, or cut with the grain which made me end up with STADIUMSIZEPLUGSINMYHEAD!!! ARGGGGG…ok ok… I’m calm,…Not Wayne, he hooked me up no eras and even my fiancé loved my hair cut and she is as picky as me when it comes to hair styles! The Bad: Parking is limited in the front however there is additional parking behind the shop that has a gate around it so really no complaints! FYI: There is a store across the street that has an ATM machine that spits out $ 5 and $ 10 bills… yes only in the hood do you get these perks. lol MANNN I MISSTHESOUTHSIDEOFDALLAS!!:(
