Nob Hill Villa

I’ve only been here a few days but my experience so far has been great. Giovanna in the office was friendly and professional. She is amazing. The maintenance staff are also courteous and respectful.

Everyone is so friendly here. Maintanace is alwasy on point, the community is always so clean. I love the feel of coming into the community after being out in the busy city of Nashville. The landscaping is impeccable. I love calling this place home!

This is an absolutely awful place to live. I cannot begin to tell you the amount of things that they have done against me illegally. They have made me pay over $ 1000 to them illegally. And that’s just the start. Due to an error on their end and not having a proper key to get into my apartment, they broke in and ended up hitting my dog with a dish drying rack because she was growling. Not bearing her teeth or attacking them at all, just growling to protect her home from invaders. She is a cruelty case to begin with so it took a long time to repair the damage that did. And then they told us that we have to pay them $ 75 for new locks. Because when we first moved in they could not figure out how to get us a key that worked. And there is so much more. They threaten to evict everyone any chance they get.
There is an uncontrollable amount of bugs. I have had to get almost every single appliance in my apartment replaced because nothing works. I have even had to replace some of the new things that they gave me. It’s like they just went to a junkyard and took the cheapest used items they could get to replace the old appliances. All my cabinets have mold. And absolutely nothing is new. I doubt they even cleaned it before new people move in. Have I mentioned the bugs? We have had them come out to spray the bugs at least 10 times. Nothing has worked. And then they ask us to take everything out of our kitchen and bathrooms so that they can basically gas our apartment to get rid of the bugs. They never came and did it after all of that work. So now all my stuff is in the living room & I have to wait at least another week for them to come and do this. If they come at all. They also refused to replace our windows that don’t work. I had a get plastic to cover up my windows in the winter because they leaked cold air so bad. If there was even one gap in the plastic that I put over the windows it felt like there was a winter gust coming straight in my room. So turning on the heat in the winter was a waste of time and money. The heat in the apartment doesn’t work nor does the air conditioning. They cannot fix this. The windows also have stains that won’t go away. And their solution to all this is putting in screens for the windows. It didn’t do anything.
It still takes 20 minutes for me to open my door to my apartment because the door sticks. They won’t fix that either. And now the door in my bedroom sticks. I have to shake my door as hard as I can to get it open every morning. That takes about 2 minutes at least. Oh and they don’t mention that there are no ceiling lights. Every light in your apartment except for the master closet and bathroom are floor lamps that we had to buy. The fake hardwood floor peels super easily as well and gets torn up if you walk on it too often. And the laundry machines only work maybe 25 percent of the time. If your laundry room is not up and running, you have to go 2 apartment buildings over to find the next one. And there’s no guarantee that that one will be up and running either.
I could seriously go on and on all night. Don’t ever live here. And don’t ever recommend anyone else live here.
