I’ve worn NB for a decade and will continue to do so. However, if you buy the same shoe multiple times, like I do, be sure to keep your older pair as proof that you aren’t scamming them if your current pair falls apart prematurely and you need to return them. Otherwise they will think you are lying and trying to replace your older pair, even if you have a receipt. The clerk thought my shoes looked over a year old when they were actually purchased four months ago, so they are not skilled at accurately assessing wear(and abbormal wear was the whole point of returning them).

New Balance makes quality shoes right here in the good olé USA! This location has a friendly and knowledgable staff. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now. When it comes to my shoes I’m a creature of habit. I like what feels comfortable. The last few times I’ve needed replacements I just call the store and have them look me up in their system. From there they can pull my favorite shoe style and insert and have them ready for me to pick up. If you’re like me and crave a comfortable shoe with the added bonus of being made in our own country then I encourage you to check out New Balance.

Shoes are something that are worth investing in, new balance has a wide range of sizes and insoles to make sure you find a great fit. Manufactured in the United states, some are anyways, they are pricier. I would recommend coming here because the shoe sellers are nice people and because the opportunity cost of buying online and the hassle of returns is not worth it. I’m amazed at all the different styles out, but getting a pair of light running shoes is a must.

I have been a huge fan of New Balance shoes since I was in high school. Having a whole store dedicated to this brand, right around the corner, is just awesome. The staff is nice enough, but I would be nice if they carried more of a selection. Overall a great place to grab some new shoes while training for a marathon.
