When my computer gave out, I was concerned about what I’d be able to do repair or replace it. Laptops are not cheap at all, and repairs are often so expensive that repairing is often more expensive than replacing.
So I’m driving down Nolensville Pike near Grassmere, and there’s a building in the distance that said free estimates for laptops. I pulled right in, figuring even if they were jerks, they’d be telling me the issue for free.
So I pull in, and the place a kind of sparse, with everyone working behind the counter way in the back of the store, So I take it, and explain my issue, the guy (who turned out to be the owner) immediately took my computer, listened to my computer, and started troubleshooting. He determined it was probably the hard drive, and pulled it out and shoved it into his own computer, trying to figure out what was feasible.
He explained he was going to need to keep it overnight, and even called later to explain the first option didn’t work, so when I came in, he explained what the costs would be, got everything ready, and let me know everything would be finished before the store closed.
We came in, the replacement was complete, they helped with an issue I needed, and I was out the door. The service was good, the people treated me fairly and gave good customer service. They do not charge for an estimate, which is awesome, and they got the job done. My only issue was that sometimes they didn’t communicate very well, but that only brings it down from five stars to four.
