McPherson Wallace Dentistry, PLC

I have been coming here for over 25 years. I love these people. Everyone here is so nice and very personable. I do Miss Dr. Mac though. He was a good man.

My partner and I have both been going to Dr. Wallace for about three years.
In that time, it has come to my attention McPherson Wallace is the dentist to the stars. I once ran into Vince Young while checking out, and even overheard the receptionist talking about a certain Disney Star turned Country Star turned salvia-​head. Apparently she-​who-​shall-​remain-​nameless chipped a veneer and Dr. Wallace was en route to LA to fix it. *sad trombone*
First. World. Problems.
I digress. I suspect MP does so well with the entertainment/​sports crowds because they’ll give you nitrous just for a cleaning. And probably for a hangnail.
And I’m not kidding.
In my experience, you don’t even have to ask. It’s just part of the drill. *snare snap, symbol crash*
After you’re suited up and comfortable, they’ll offer the gas in a variety of «flavors» such as mint, vanilla or peach. To put it frankly, I actually look forward to going to the dentist here, and spending my afternoon in a nitrous-​induced coma whist watching Three’s Company on the flat screen hovering over my chair. And probably drooling.
The front desk staff is REALLY (read: ad nauseum) friendly. The hygienists, however, are terrific. They’re all extremely patient, understanding of skittish folks (like my partner) and more than willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome and appreciated. The staff is really, really top-​knotch.
Dr. Wallace… is…a doctor. You’ll likely see her for about 37 seconds, in which she will complement you on your teeth, give you a clean bill of health, tell you to floss more and be on her way. She once gave me a filling (for the lone cavity I’ve ever had in my life! FYI) in which she stated how much I didn’t really need a filling.
I was, obviously sedated, and quite happy to be having a filling.
The bottom line: Dr. Wallace is a good doctor. She’s intense, but smart, and quickly thorough.
