DO NOT use them! We have had 3 appointments where the technition just «sprays» the outside of the house and leaves the $ 85 bill on the front porch. Each time, we have had the garage door open and were waiting inside. Larry was too lazy to knock or ring the bell!

When my son brought in all this firewood into my house, I thought for sure I was going to have an outbreak of spiders.
So after the firewood was removed, I called Mack Pest Control to come in and check for brown recluse spiders.
Bob came over the same day I phoned.
He brought all these little sticky paper tents that he put all over my house, my basement, under my counters and in closets.
He didn’t charge me for any of the tents, nor his time.
He told me to call in a couple of weeks if I saw a bunch of insects in my tents.
Rarely have I found a business that didn’t charge for a service call…
Rarely have I met someone as nice and pleasant who wasn’t the boss of the company.
They don’t get much better than this…
I never got to find out what they charge for pest control.
I got excellent service, and should I have problems with spiders or bugs.
I know who to call.

I have used Mack Pest Control previously in my old house, and now that I moved I’m using them again. Their customer service has been great, they are very friendly and easy to work with. They will come to your house to give you a quote by measuring everything, which is free, and I was so appreciative that their sales tactics are no-​pressure. I needed to wait a few months to get the initial payment together, which they were totally cool about, and also are letting me break it up over a few months. Thereafter, it’s a nominal yearly fee to maintain. They guarantee your home if you happen to get termites, because they are so confident in their initial treatment that it won’t happen. I have been very pleased with their service and would recommend them highly.
