Lenox Village Dentistry

I am terrified to go to the dentist but this place is awesome. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. They could tell I was nervous and let me be in control of the tv. They had a conversation with me to keep me distracted. I didn’t feel any pain and am actually looking forward to going to my next cleaning. Each patient has a private cubicle with tv. They even recommended bringing a set of headphones so I could listen to music on my phone while they drill, scrape, or whatever. I love these guys and I would finally be happy to go to the dentist.

Had my first appointment today. Lenox Village is in such a cute little area, the office is nice, clean and beautiful, and the staff was so nice! You’ll have to call a few weeks in advance to schedule a cleaning but it’s totally worth it. So excited that I decided to come here!

Dr Anne is amazing. She did a crown on me about 10 years ago and I have had zero problems with it. No pain and no issues. It was a permanent fix. Great debris with lots of training and experience.

This Dentistry is located in my community so its a no-​brainer why I began going here, but, the staff is why I will continue to come here even if I do move away. Everyone from the front desk reception, to the Hygenist and the Dentist are incredibly welcoming, friendly and personable.
The service is definitely geared toward the Patient, they take time to explain procedures, they ask about you and take time to listen. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted promptly and waited only a short time before seeing my Hygenist, she was fantastic! They are all gentle and use the latest and greatest equipment to make your experience as quick and painless as possible.
If you are looking for an experienced dental office with knowledgable caring staff, this is the place. I can’t believe I am raving on about the Dentist!

I’ve been coming here since they opened a few years ago. Met Dr. Peaks husband Brett who runs the place. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and with him being from Texas he knows BBQ! Dr. Peaks is the best dentist I have ever had. Never a bad experience and their staff always has a smile and are very personable. I had always disliked going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to going to Lenox Village Dentistry. In fact, I was able to refer a few friends who live in the area to switch from Nashville Family Dentistry to Lenox Village Dentistry based on my experience. They couldn’t be happier…5 out of 5 stars!

I’ve been going here since they opened and I love it!
Pros:
Private cubicle area for cleaning
Flat screens positioned so you can watch TV during your cleaning
Keurig in the waiting room
They have gas, if you need it
Dr. Peaks is gentle
You can pick a hygienist to fit your preference — rough, gentle, talkative, quiet
Cons:
Sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment as they are growing so fast but they will accommodate urgency if needed.

Yeah, you read that right. I love my dentist… well, their office anyway, haha.
I have had some less than wonderful dentist visits before and this place makes me feel totally at ease. I’m pretty sure almost all of the people who work here are female, which I love!!! The receptionist is always so friendly and accomodating (she’s called my insurance company for me a few times when there have been issues).
The waiting room is kind of small, but the chairs are comfortable, and they have a nice big TV and lots of magazines lying around for you to breeze through.
When I go into the back for whatever I’m there for, they let me put the channel to whatever I want to watch. They are always very gentle and do a good job! I’ve actually recommended this place to friends; how often do you recommend a dentist?
