Joy Cleaners-Donelson

I was looking for a less expensive dry cleaner near my work and I came across Joy Cleaners. The owner was very friendly and the store is nice and clean. I was impressed with the computerized system they use which prints a receipt with the number of items you dropped off and the time when they will be picked up. At the place I’ve been going to, I would simply get a hand written receipt with just my name on it. Anyways I was feeling good about the experience until I picked up the clothes and saw the bill. It was about $ 3 an item which was more expensive than what I was paying at the other cleaners. It made me think that all of the additional things that you get with the clothes may be contributing to the higher cost. There were computerized tags on each of the items, plastic sleeve clips to keep the sleeves connected and plastic collars which was nice but not really necessary. All in all you get what you paid for with Joy Cleaners, high quality service at a premium price.

If you are looking for a cleaner in Donelson look no further. I tried two other places before finding this gem. Owners are nice, you can get the stuff back when you need it, and prices are great.

I highly recommend this place if you need a great and reliable dry cleaner. The owner and his wife are such nice people and are so grateful for your business. Sometimes I need my clothes back immediately and he can do it. Joy cleaners offers great prices and even better product for the money.
