I think this place might have been great ten years ago but limited selection And very expensive. The people are not really to friendly or accommodating. Was a pain to get my dress finished promptly for a white tie affair.

Terrible buy! Unorganized and rude staff. Save yourself the time, not even interesting enough to browse. Was disappointed after hearing great things about the boutique. Wish they lived up to the reputation!

When I lived in NYC and was a struggling student and intern, I used to twirl and salivate at Barney’s and dream of the day when I would be able to afford the astonishing merchandise there. Jamie brings back some of that nostalgia but this go-around I can make some of their pieces a reality in my closet. From the moment you ring the bell to gain entry to the exquisitely decorated rooms, you realize that you’re not in Nashville anymore. The overall layout of the space feel more like a chic showroom than a retail space. I could literally spend hours hanging out in the Shoe Salon and the Beauty Lab alone! I must vent a tad. It does irk me when people turn their nose up at Jamie and voice that the prices are too expensive because it’s not clear what they are comparing it to? For instance, I don’t compare vehicle prices and amenities between a VW and let’s say an Aston Martin? Of course not. I would happily drive an Aston Martin if someone felt inclined to purchase one for me(Merry Christmas!) or if Unilocal gave me a MAJOR raise… hint hint. BUT. I’m also not going to knock it because I personally can’t afford it either. With that being said, much of the gorgeous merchandise at Jamie is out of my budget(Lanvin, Oscar, and Lela Rose) but I appreciate what I can afford such as Tory Burch, Millie, Theory, DVF, and Sylvia Heisel. I also greatly appreciate that Jamie hosts trunks shows to introduce us to designers and their respective collections too. Sylvia Heisel was just in town for a couple of days with her glorious Fall collection. It was a delight to chat with her one-on-one and to view the pieces to potentially order them. So bottom line, am I going to blow a mortgage payment every month at Jamie? No. Will I treat myself to a lavish treat more often than not? You betcha. I learned a long time ago not to compare apples to oranges…

Not impressed. This store is way, way overpriced. I love to shop. I’m all about nice clothes. I don’t mind spending some money on quality things that I know will last. Yes, I’m turning into my mother! But, this store is ridiculous. It’s is very, very modern and trendy. Even if you are willing to pay hundreds of dollars for these hip clothes, they’ll probably be out of style shortly. They have everything from evening dresses to jeans, to more casual party dresses to furs! Even a new«beauty lab» that carries high end skin care products. They are now offering skin care services and hot stone massages. Jamie Inc is featured in national magazines from time to time. They are out there good! But, you also pay the prices that go along with it. If you can pay the prices that come with Prada, Vera Wang, and Dolce & Gabana, help yourself! But, other than that, you might have a hard time finding affordable items at Jamie. They do have great jewelry, but again, very trendy and modern. Any major expensive! This store is just not me, but I’m sure those who shop there think it’s just great!

I am so sick of hearing about how great Jamie is. They have a select few rich customers who buy their extremely expensive clothes, jewelry, and cosmetics. I’ve only been there a couple of times and the vibe is totally snobby and creepy, and I’m disgusted that it was just in Lucky as a best boutique. Lame! On the other hand, if you like blowing hundreds of dollars on designer outfits and have just had a boob job or bad face lift in an attempt to stay young, this place is for you.

Very impressed with their selection of trendy and more conservative pieces — it is comparable to a Scoop/Intermix/Barney’s. Their buyer has fabulous taste in clothing, bags, shoes, and jewelry. Everyone is very nice and helpful in a non-pushy way. Great selection of jeans. I love this place.
