Hudgins Disposal

We have been so pleased with this company for our trash disposal! It’s far less expensive than the competitors in the area ($ 16 per month, billed every 3 months) and they provide consistent, quality service. We moved into our home this summer and had quite a bit more than what would fit in one can the first month or so as we were unpacking, and they picked up everything, including boxes!

Don’t understand why everyone pays Waste Management twice as much. This company has it together. One bill every quarter, $ 16/​mo. They’ve picked up more than just our little green container several times, as we’ve just moved in, and have had a lot of trash, boxes, etc. to get rid of. Highly recommend this company for your trash disposal needs.

If you live outside the Metro city limits and have to pay for trash pick up you need this one. I just found out it is a local, family owned place since the 60s. Beyond that here is my short story about why I love my trash company.
We had BMI at our old place and they wanted one can, 18 inches from the curb, completly closed. If you messed up on this procedure they would NOT pick up and they were EXPENSIVE.
So when we bought our house there was a PDQ can out front next to a big pile of junk that the former owner had left. So I called them and the dispatcher said that they would be happy to pick up the junk left behind. The next day the men came, looked in the can (which was empty) and walked away. I ran out and told them to take the junk and they said no, it wasn’t in a can. So I told them the dispatcher said they would and they said she was wrong. I then told them to take their can away I would NEVER use a company like that.
So then we found Hudgins who is a lot cheaper, nicer and I have found if you clean junk out of your garage, they take it away! If you put out an extra can, they take the trash out of it! We also have Hudgin’s recycling service which is twice a month for cans, paper and plastic. Love it for only $ 8 extra (every 3 months). They are fabulous!
