Hodges and Fooshee

I signed a contract with Len Adcock late in the afternoon of February 7^th. Early on the morning of February 8^th I let him know I wanted to cancel the contract.
I wasn’t happy with the entire transaction. He was almost 3 hours late for our appointment and he was only here about 15 minutes before his wife called and wanted to know what was taking so long.
I have made several calls to him and texts requesting to cancel. He said that he shredded the contract so no worries.
I told him I needed something in writing to prove that this contract was cancelled. He continues to put me off.
I have emailed and called the broker several times with no response.

I worked with Mr hodges daughter Bailey. She was quite rude, did not do as she said she would. Upon my flying into TN, we had planned to look at, at least four homes, we she had one. It was in a flood zone. The home was up on wooden beams as to prevent it from future floods. I said, no I cannot live there. SHE QUIT. Leaving me without a realtor. I contacted her father who owns the co. He stuck up for her. Then sent me numerous threatening emails. Mr. Hodges also to dste, has not returned my escrow. I am in the process of filing numerous complaints. This really was the worst experience of my life and the most unprofessional persons I have ever worked with. Bailey is not motivated at all. I bid on my dream home, sent the fax at 8 am caled her back at 230 she still hadn’t checked the fax when she told me she needed it assp. I list the home due to her not going to the fax and then contacting the seller. If you are moving to TN
from another State, I would suggest going with a better realtor. You will be left without a realtor without notice. Then her father mr hodges will ATTEMPT to state you violated the contract. After all of the mess they caused me, I found my own home, a beautiful home, brand new home. Stay away and beware. Mr. Hodges
will also scream and state «I carry» just terribly unprofessional
