Helen’s Children’s Shop

Well, i agree that it’s a bit pricey, but it’s the only place I’ve found with so much traditional clothing – especially for boys! They have a very wide range to choose from and everything is gorgeous! I think it’s great when you are looking for special occasion clothing: take-​home outfits, baptisms, christmas, photos, and birthdays. After all, they are only babies once so a splurge every now and then is suitable for many of us. Great shop!

Helen’s Children’s Shop has the most upscale baby and children’s clothes I’ve EVER seen. We’re talking $ 67 baby overalls with a truck quilted onto the front, sweaters with a knitted alligator design, miniature winter jackets with matching hats, baby shoes that cost more than the shoes I have on right now, and $ 26 baby blouses with a red border embroidered around the collar.
The merchandise here is tasteful, high quality, and very cute. But I don’t see the point of spending this much money on baby clothes. It’s not like babies need to dress up to impress people — all they have to do is talk to themselves or take a nap, and we adults think they’re great.
Helen’s also offers high-​end stuffed animals, tons of Christmas outfits, and fancy flower girl-​ish dresses for girls up to about age seven. The staff seemed friendly and helpful.
