Green Hills Cleaners

First of all, don’t try to go anywhere near this dry cleaners if there is a show at the Bluebird Café. It will turn into you fighting with Midwestern tourists in flannel shirts and cowboy boots and then them asking you to take a picture for them.
Secondly, onto the business itself, I took three items there and wasn’t pleased with the service on any. One in particular, an expensive business professional dress from J. Crew, was returned smelly. I brought it back and the owner agreed to reclean it. Sadly it smelt even worse after the recleaning.
When I asked for a refund, the woman took it personally, scolded me, told me she was the best in town, and then said «I’ll find out.»
This whole experience left me grumbling. Grumble grumble grumble.

Customer service is ok, but the quality of the cleaning (at least laundered shirts) is pretty pathetic. I’m currently wearing a white shirt that was laundered there and it has two stains on it that were not there when I took it in, one of them being black, so I hope it comes out. Also, the interior collars on my white shirts look like they were never cleaned. The dry cleaning seems average, but I am willing to pay more (used a Groupon at Executive) to get better quality cleaning.

So pleased with my first experience at Green Hills Cleaners! Their turnaround time is very fast– they finished altering two dresses in two days! The dresses look great! Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Went back to try and rectify the poor alteration situation– the owner was rude and refused to help. I am now having to pay again to have it fixed properly.

Out of all the cities and establishments I’ve been to, this place hands down has the best customer service I have ever seen! I took my coat here to be cleaned and of course I was nervous letting a dry cleaner touch it because its one of the most expensive coats I have ever purchased (not to mention I was going to wear this to a wedding a few days later).
The counter lady was very friendly and introduced herself and asked me my name, she even shook my hand! I told her I had just moved to the area (she also welcomed me to Nashville) and that I needed my coat cleaned but it had a lot of lint. I guess she saw the skepticism in my eye and told me not to worry, she’d take care of it.
I came back the next day and picked up my coat and to my surprise it looked amazing! I’m telling you this coat looked practically brand new! She then told «See I told I was going to take care of you!» After I paid she grabbed the coat and took it to my car. I told she didn’t have to because it was only one item but she still insisted. I would recommend this place to anyone! Best customer service I have ever experience, well, EVER. Other businesses take note. A smiling face and friendly service goes a long way! I will definitely be using this place on a regular basis for my dry cleaning needs!

I had my wedding dress steamed there and they did such an amazing job and within 2 days my dress was ready! Prices here are better then any other cleaners I found. I would recommend Green Hills Cleaners to everyone! Heck, I am even bringing back my dress for them to clean, loved their services so much!!!

My husband and I have been going to Green Hills cleaners for years and have never had an issue or loss! They are very friendly, accommodating and priced better than a few others we have tried in the past. We highly recommend them!

It’s all good until they ruin your clothes, and then forget about customer service. My very very expensive linen blouse was burned completely though (about 4 inches across) and after weeks of repeatedly calling the owner I gave up and called the BBB. They can’t get him to respond either. So, «Buyer Beware!!»

I love this place!
Conveniently located, handy parking spots and quick turnaround. They are always friendly and I have always received my orders in excellent shape. My dresses are returned cleaned, pressed and nicely placed on hangers. Never have I been disappointed with them!

I absolutely love this dry cleaner!
Every time I go in, the woman at the counter is exceedingly friendly (unlike the dragon at the 12South Cleaners), and they are extremely fast (in by 9 a.m., ready by 5 p.m.). I’ve never had a problem with them losing or staining anything, and they’re really reasonable ($ 2.50 to launder a shirt, probably more to have it dry cleaned though).
The one thing about this place that stinks is that it shares a parking lot with the Bluebird Café. Even though there are reserved parking spots, all the people stopping by really clogs up the lot and slows down my getaway.
