Bryana was awesome! She came to my office and in under an hour was able to sort through the pieces that I had inherited to tell me what was real or not. Then, we chose 4 pieces to appraise, and once she left my office, I had the PDF versions back in a couple of hours. Turn around time was amazing and I now have everything I need — all in one day!

Bryana is professional, easy to work with and trustworthy! That was key for me. She was very thorough in her appraisal of my jewelry and completed the appraisal timely, as promised. And she was able to meet me in my office.
Skip the big box jewelry stores offering appraisals. They are looking to swindle you out of your jewelry. Go see Bryana. You will NOT be disappointed.

She was flexible in my schedule, as I was coming in from out of town and had my appraisal back to me same day! Had some recent news come out about the location we purchased my engagement ring and all fears were calmed after seeing her. She’s definitely someone I trust and hope to use again!

Great experience all the way around! Bryana made getting an insurance appraisal for a Tiffany & Co. diamond engagement ring so easy. She came to our house, had the pictures and details she needed wrapped up in 15 minutes, sent us a PDF file of the appraisal same day, and mailed a hard copy as well (and was much better priced than almost all other appraisers we contacted).
Highly recommended to anyone needing a jewelry appraisal, we’ll use her again her sure!
