This gamestop is great! The manager and most of the staff recognize me every time I go in there, even if I haven’t stopped by for a while. They are very helpfull yet not overbearing. They have the customer service formula down. Thanks buddies at West End Gamestop!

Very spacious. Very low pressure environment, not a used car dealer like some places. The associates were very friendly and enthusiastic. The whole purchase process was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll be back!

You can go online and order/download video games from your xbox, playstation, and computer. Why would you ever need to go into a gamestop stocked full of associates who don’t want or care to help you? This one is THEWORST

I dabble in computer games. Not a fan of consoles — I outgrew those playing Pac-Man and Frogger on my Atari 2600 back in the day. However, I do like fantasy RPGs — and I play those on the PC. I came in a few weeks before Thanksgiving, hoping to see if they had any info on the upcoming(now released) Skyrim game, as I have been a fan of the Elder Scrolls since the Daggerfall days. While I didn’t mind that no one greeted me or offered me any help, I was disappointed that I didn’t get a chance to talk to anyone. This place was mainly set up for guys — the nerdy types who are way into their console games than is socially acceptable. And when I was in here, the two staff members available were deeply engrossed in whatever gamespeak conversations they had with 2 other customers. The place was also geared towards the console versions of the games. I think I saw only one little display for PC games. I give them props for having very wide aisles. But with hardly any product that caters to my interests, I quickly lost interest in them.
