Four Points by Sheraton Nashville Airport

I don’t usually write bad reviews but thought this was worth a mention. As a gold preferred member — I flew in from an early morning flight from LA & walked in to see if I could make a reservation for that evening & check in early that morning to grab some sleep before my meetings that day. If they didn’t have any availability I’d understand– but the front desk didn’t care that I was a gold preferred member & seemed confused at my request. They didn’t even check to see if they had a room available that could meet my needs & sent me away. Very disappointing customer service.
When I left, I called Aloft in cool springs, also part of Starwood, they were completely helpful & wonderful– just like all of my Starwood experiences usually are & got me in a room a few hours before my meeting. Thank you Aloft CS!

I stayed here on my trip back home to Nashville. I rarely stay in hotels when I’m in my home city. I’m glad I did this time. I’m excited to tell you why.
The staff is really cool and laid back. Robin was at the counter when I was there and she was very funny and informative. She smiled when greeting me and continued to smile the whole conversation and transaction. I know her face probably hurt lol.
When I walked in, besides Robin’s greeting, I felt really at home. The lobby gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling. It was cold as heck outside, but the heat in the lobby, wasn’t the only reason for the feeling. I felt cozy because of the atmosphere.
The room was perfect. It was rather spacious. It had a sitting area with a couch bed in it. It was clean and I felt really comfortable being in it. I felt like I didn’t have to worry about getting an infection. The room had a nice 42″ flat screen tv, although I didn’t use it. I also like that the room came with complementary water. You rarely get free stuff included with the rooms.
The bed is hard to explain. It was really firm and but it’s also soft. I know, confusing! I just know, I had the best sleep in it. My back felt like a new back. I didn’t even know I had back issues. Plus, the sheets and covers were really white and clean. It just felt like I was in a 5star room.
The bathroom was nice and clean and came equipped with plenty towels. I like that Body-​wash, Shampoo and Conditioner came in a easy pump thingy location in the shower. I hate those small bottles. They slip out of your hands and fall in the toilet and fly across the room and everything else. With the pumps, bathing and washing hair comes easy.
The hotel has other great amenities too. They have a workout room, free parking, computers in the lobby, a pool, an atm, a restaurant and even offer room service. They are close to the airport and in walking distance to 7+ restaurants.
If I have to stay in a room, I will definitely choose this one. I have added this place to my «Will Definitely Return» list!!!

This will be my new place in Nashville, completely redone, nice casual bar with good food. For the money it’s hard to beat, definitely recommend to my coworkers.

Terrific hotel! I booked on a whim because there was a deal going on, and it was worth every dollar. Fantastic room and great service. No complaints. Breakfast is not included, which is pretty standard for such a hotel, but there is a café and restaurant on site for convenience. I would definitely stay here again if I happen to come across another deal.

Being in college I decided to «splurge» on this hotel with $ 125 a night with out tax. Which was fine with me, I rather have a comfortable bed, soft towels and great service.
I arrived at 12pm, because my flight got in at about 1030. I was greater nicely by the front desk clerk and was able to get an early check in for that moment, after talking to someone on the phone that it was impossible to do so since I booked on a 3^rd party website (priceline)
The bed was comfortable, pillows fluffed and nice tv, but my bathroom had used shampoo and bars of soap in multiple spots in the bathroom even though they have machines on the walls to dispense such things. The toilet wasn’t cleaned to my sanitary needs. The second night I went to take a shower, the water was ice cold all the way on hot. I was exhausted and figure I would just wake up earlier and do it before check out. I tried 3 times to shower, all freezing. When I asked about it, I was just told that it’s because I stayed on a Saturday night so they were full; no sorry. I just find this excuse to be very poor, I have stayed in a lot lower end places that are book and have always had hot water. Just a bit of an inconvenience for me.

The customer service here is unmatched. I walked in an was welcomed with a friendly smile. They were quick to accommodate. The room is average (I prefer sheraton). Breakfast was fantastic. Only one server and he did a great job to accommodate if things got backed up. The man working the bar made an amazing latte! Loved the stay for the price.
