The worst. Woman at the counter was incredibly rude and seemed to take pleasure in the fact that she had very little available. She actually smirked when she said there was a waiting list like it was hilarious. The only available unit was almost $ 200. I showed her the check in offer that I got from Unilocal and she got really offended and yelled at me demanding to know where I got it. She acted like I hacked into the system. When I told her how I simply clicked on the link from the Unilocal page she scoffed «I have to call Unilocal.That’s ridiculous. We don’t honor anything. «I obviously left.
Do not go here if you want good customer service.

Amy is always so helpful with any questions I have re: my storage unit or Uhaul rentals. The storage facility is always well maintained both in cleanliness and in regards to security. I’ll be using them for my storage needs for as long as I don’t have enough space at my house!
