I bought a car from them and less then a week later the check engine light came on. It turned out to be the cat coverter… It was a nightmare to get fixed and then they wanted to give me crap because it was taking me a long time to be able to get tags for my car!!! I was luckly able to get it fixed under a warrenty from the manufacter but STILL it was literally like 3 days after I bought the car!!! The women that works at the Nolensville RD location is awful to deal with and really really really needs to learn how to speak to customers! I would not send friend nor foe there based not just on the issue with my car but mainly because of her! Just because its a Buy Here Pay Here lot doesn’t mean she should speak to people like that!!! Go next door to Automasters!!!
